About Raidworld
Raidworld puts players in a lightly modified survival world where ordinary gathering, building, and exploration are joined by PvP, team play, and proximity voice chat. The current setup stays close to vanilla, adding /tpa, /home, /back, and /team rather than turning the server into a large network of minigames or RPG systems.
What Makes It Different
Raidworld keeps its custom layer deliberately light. Travel, home, recovery, team, and proximity-voice tools are added without replacing the normal survival loop with scripted classes, heavy RPG progression, or disconnected minigames.
Proximity voice chat lets Minecraft players speak through audio that becomes quieter or inaudible as their in-game characters move apart.
Simple Voice Chat is explicitly listed as part of the current server setup.
Vanilla servers use Minecraft’s original blocks, items, rules, and progression without custom gameplay systems that redefine how players play.

History of Raidworld
Raidworld was already a public German-hosted Java survival server by August 2013. Its early setup split play between a PvP survival world and a separate trade world, with factions, mcMMO, economy, rank progression, events, and anti-PvP-logging tools shaping the experience.
By July 2025, Raidworld was presenting a Wasteland-focused survival experience. On June 30, 2026, the server moved to Minecraft 26.2 and started a new world. The current Vanilla+ season keeps the custom layer restrained, using a short command set, Essentials, Simple Voice Chat, and a no-hacks rule around ordinary survival play.
