About Apect
Apect is a network rather than one fixed SMP. One address connects players to Apect's own modes and player-made servers, with 2CMD standing out as the vanilla-anarchy destination. The network also includes classic and custom minigames.
The hosting side is a major part of the project. Server owners can deploy Java worlds through a web panel, keep them online around the clock, and use Discord for support. For players, that means the available communities and modes can grow over time.
What Makes It Different
Apect mixes a playable Minecraft network with free always-on hosting, so the same project serves players and the people running servers. Its clearest game-mode hook is 2CMD's vanilla-anarchy setup.
Anarchy is a Minecraft server style where players operate under very few enforced rules, leaving survival and conflict largely in player hands.
2CMD is presented as a vanilla-anarchy destination.
Vanilla servers use Minecraft’s original blocks, items, rules, and progression without custom gameplay systems that redefine how players play.
2CMD is specifically described as a vanilla-anarchy experience.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
PvP is central to the current network description and Apect's earlier practice server.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Apect began as a PvP survival server and still includes survival-oriented network play.
Join the network and choose between official modes and player-made servers. 2CMD is the clearest survival destination, built around vanilla gameplay with anarchy-style danger and PvP. Other network options include minigames and economy-focused servers.
Progression depends on the destination. 2CMD follows vanilla survival progression, where resources, gear, and bases matter more than classes or scripted levels. Apect's earlier practice mode used kits, queues, and short duels instead.
Apect has built custom gameplay before, including a plugin that recreated the Minecraft snapshot spear with custom textures. The network also supports custom minigames alongside classic formats.
World structure varies by destination. 2CMD is a vanilla-anarchy world, while player-hosted servers bring their own maps, settings, and communities.
PvP is a central thread across Apect's history and current network. 2CMD brings open anarchy-style risk, while the earlier practice server focused on 1v1 queues, /duel, Crystal FFA, and Spear-UHC FFA.
Economy is one of Apect's network modes, while 2CMD is presented as vanilla anarchy rather than a dedicated economy server. Money systems depend on the individual destination.
Discord is the main meeting point for community contact and support. The network also brings together separate player-run communities under the Apect address.
Players can join the Minecraft network for free. Apect also offers server owners a free hosting tier with paid upgrades and hosting plans.

History of Apect
Apect first appeared as a PvP-focused survival server. By autumn 2025, that version had shut down and the project was being rebuilt around a different style of play.
On November 4, 2025, Apect returned as a spear PvP practice server. The spear was recreated as a plugin with custom textures, allowing players to use its jab, charge, and lunge mechanics without installing mods.
The practice server focused on short competitive matches instead of long survival sessions. It offered 1v1 queues, /duel, Crystal FFA, and a Spear-UHC FFA mode, with the spear available in vanilla-style and custom kits.
In April 2026, Apect expanded beyond a single game server and became a free always-online Minecraft hosting project. The service added a web control panel, plugin installation, backups, custom subdomains, extra ports, and free and paid hosting tiers.
As the project developed into a network, Apect began supporting both official and player-made servers alongside minigames. 2CMD became the clearest named destination for players looking for vanilla anarchy and open PvP pressure.
Today, Apect combines a playable Minecraft network with the tools to create and run additional Java servers. Its game side ranges from vanilla-anarchy survival to PvP and minigame-focused communities, while its hosting side remains central to the project.
