About MC eNet
MC eNet is the present-day home of the Minemee community: a small survival SMP rather than a giant network hub. Java and Bedrock players share the survival server at mc.enet.gg, with admins and regulars kept close to the action.
The standout practical system is land protection. Players can take a free claim, choose its size, and add friends; paid claim space uses MC$ earned in-game, not real money. A separate museum server keeps old maps from 2010 onward, so the network's long history is part of the experience rather than forgotten saves.
What Makes It Different
MC eNet combines a small, social survival server with a playable archive of its past. You can join the modern SMP, then visit old maps from the community's earlier eras in the museum server.
A persistent world is a Minecraft server world that keeps its player-made changes and ongoing progress across repeated visits.
The network preserves maps across multiple eras, including a dedicated museum server.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Claim blocks are a central protection system for player builds.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The server is described as a community survival SMP.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
The main server is a survival world.
The main mode is survival SMP with protected land. Use /claim to obtain a claim block, choose a free or paid claim size, and add friends to the protected region. Members of a claim can interact with it, while outsiders cannot use it for griefing or raiding.
Advancements can award MC$. Free claims remain protected while you stay active. After one week of inactivity, a free claim loses its protection. Paid claims stay protected while their in-game balance has funds.
Claim blocks use in-game menus for choosing claim size, managing members, checking protection and refilling paid claim balances. Members can also use /skull, and advancements provide MC$ rewards.
The main server is a long-running survival world. A separate museum server at museum.enet.gg preserves maps from 2010 to today, with downloads available for several older eras including versions 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.7, 1.8 and 1.16.
MC$ is the in-game currency. It can be earned through advancements and used to maintain paid claims. Claim upkeep does not require real-world money.
The community is intentionally small and social. Players and admins are encouraged to know each other, making the server better suited to familiar group play than to anonymous mass-server crowds.
Hacking is prohibited. Players are expected to use appropriate language and treat other members considerately.
Paid claim upkeep uses MC$ only, with no real-money charge for the claim protection itself.

History of MC eNet
The Minemee community dates back to 2010. Its first recorded era, called Initial Adventure, covered Minecraft 1.1 through 1.6 and established the long-running survival world that still shapes the server's history.
From 2014 to 2019, the server moved through the Slumber Time era while supporting Minecraft 1.7 through 1.14. This was a long period of survival play across several major Minecraft updates.
The first major rebirth covered Minecraft 1.15 and 1.16 from 2019 to 2021. The server then entered a New Rebirth era with Minecraft 1.17 in June 2021.
A further 3.1 update brought the server to Minecraft 1.18 in November 2021. The following 3.1.1 update added member access to /skull and began rewarding advancements with MC$, tying ordinary survival achievements more closely to the server economy.
By June 2024, the server was being presented as Ethereal, with a new map and updated claim protection. The rebrand marked a change in organization and presentation while keeping the established community-focused survival format.
The network now presents the Minecraft server as MC eNet, with Minemee retained as its historic name. Its main survival server supports Java and Bedrock, while museum.enet.gg preserves maps from 2010 through the later eras for players who want to revisit the community's older worlds.
