About SemiSurvivalCraft
SemiSurvivalCraft keeps the familiar survival loop but adds the tools that make a long-term world easier to live in. Use /wild to find a place, protect it with a golden-shovel claim, and build outward without seasonal resets wiping your work.
What Makes It Different
The world is built for long-term projects rather than seasonal wipes. You can protect a serious build, trade with items instead of server cash, and still find PvP through night combat and dedicated Battlefield arenas.
A persistent world is a Minecraft server world that keeps its player-made changes and ongoing progress across repeated visits.
The map is intentionally kept between updates instead of being reset.
Vanilla servers use Minecraft’s original blocks, items, rules, and progression without custom gameplay systems that redefine how players play.
The server presents itself as semi-vanilla with limited convenience systems rather than a heavily transformed mode.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Golden-shovel claims and trust permissions are central to protecting builds.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
The server is fundamentally a persistent survival world.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
Players share one long-term world, build bases, trade, travel, and cooperate.
Use /wild for random travel, /tpa to meet other players, and /sethome to save useful locations. Everyone starts with one home plus their bed location, while ranks add more homes. Claims use golden shovels, and /trust lets friends build with you.
Progression is mostly practical rather than RPG-based. Voting grants claimblocks, vote points, useful items, and rank progress. Each rank adds another home, so regular players gradually gain more freedom to manage bases, farms, and travel points.
Server-specific systems include golden-shovel claims, visible block and inventory history, the spawn NPC market, vote ranks, Battlefield arenas, and Vivecraft support. The server also changes night speed based on how many players are sleeping.
The main world uses Large Biomes and is designed to persist between updates. Instead of resetting the map, the border expands to add fresh terrain. The End has a protected inner building area and an outer section that can reset to create new islands and ships.
PvP is available at night and in dedicated PvP areas. Claimed land remains protected, while /battle provides a separate 10-by-10-chunk arena under a dome. TP-trap killing is not allowed, and looting unclaimed land is treated differently from griefing it.
There is no server-cash economy plugin. Players trade using Minecraft items and can create redstone shops. Spawn also has an NPC market where materials can be exchanged for useful items.
Battlefield is the main repeatable PvP activity. Its domed arenas reset every few days, giving players a rotating place to fight without putting their claimed survival bases at risk.
Discord is used for news, build sharing, community chat, and server updates. Players can link their Minecraft and Discord accounts, and voting can unlock Discord rank rewards. Chat can also be disabled for a quieter solo experience.
Cheats and hacked clients are not allowed. Spam, advertising, excessive caps, racism, politics, religion, excessively laggy builds, and TP-trap killing are restricted. Looting unclaimed land is allowed, but griefing it is not.
The store sells the SUB rank, item packages, and extra claimblocks. SUB is listed at $5 and adds /back, /nick, unlimited homes, additional claimblocks, phantom protection, and immunity from AFK or VPN kicks. Vote rewards provide a free alternative for several useful ranks and items.
