About AugustaMC
AugustaMC is a Towny survival server built around shared settlements. Create or join a town, claim land, gather resources, complete quests, earn money, and work with other players toward a larger nation.
The server adds long-term goals to familiar survival. Jobs, player shops, MCMMO skills, custom fishing, cosmetics, rank progression, and weekly challenges give players plenty to do beyond mining and building.
What Makes It Different
AugustaMC turns survival into a town-building game. Your base can grow into a town, then a nation, while quests, jobs, ranks, and trading keep the world moving.
Towny is a settlement system where players found towns, claim land, and control how residents use it.
Town creation, land claims, alliances, and nations define the server.
Quests are tracked Minecraft objectives that direct players to complete specific tasks or a connected sequence of tasks.
More than 1,500 quests provide one of the server's main long-term goals.

Start by joining or creating a Towny town. Claim land, build with friends, and work toward a larger nation. Mining, farming, fishing, quests, jobs, trading, and shopkeeping all provide ways to make progress.
The progression path includes 50 ranks, more than 1,500 quests, MCMMO skills, jobs, and reward-based objectives. Rank upgrades unlock additional perks, permissions, and cosmetics.
Custom fishing adds fish, fishing enchants, skill augments, and special rewards. Other additions include cosmetics, upgraded hoppers, MCMMO skills, and weekly challenges.
The server uses custom Towny world generation with Overworld, Nether, and End areas. Separate resource worlds reset monthly, giving players fresh places to gather materials.
PvE is a major part of the Towny survival experience. PvP is also listed for the server, but the exact combat zones, toggles, and protection rules are not clearly published.
Players can earn money through jobs, farms, quests, chest shops, player trading, and an admin shop. Personal and town wealth can be used to compete on leaderboards.
Build contests, fishing tournaments, and weekly challenges give players short-term goals alongside the longer Towny progression.

History of AugustaMC
AugustaMC began as Augusta Towny, with a beta whitelist opening on April 7, 2023. Its early identity centered on Towny building, a player economy, custom world generation, and more than 500 quests.
By late June 2023, the server had relaunched with 30 in-game ranks and three prestige tiers. Jobs, Pyrofishing, upgradable hoppers, and a larger 550-quest track formed the main progression path.
During early 2024, Augusta Towny expanded the same model. The quest count rose above 750, the job system listed 13 jobs, and fishing gained custom fish, enchants, augments, and tournaments. The world design used Terralith, Structory, Incendium, and Nullscape.
By late 2024, builds and server projects were being presented under the AugustaMC name. The project also showcased themed public builds, including a Mediterranean farmhouse and an inner-city cafe.
The current version has grown to 50 ranks and more than 1,500 quests. Jobs, player shops, cosmetics, custom fishing, MCMMO, weekly challenges, and resource worlds now sit alongside the original Towny foundation.
Today AugustaMC is a cross-play Java and Bedrock Towny survival network. Its main appeal is the mix of protected town building, social cooperation, structured goals, and a busy player economy.
