About United Lands
Last updated
On United Lands the world is a 1:500 map of Earth, and every border on it was drawn by players. You start by joining a town or saving up to found your own, then claim land, lock your chests and pick a job. Money mostly comes from NPC trade posts that post delivery orders, plus chest shops run by other players.
When talks fail, nations go to war. Towns declare with a signed book, pick a war goal, and siege enemy land chunk by chunk. Java and Bedrock players share the same world, and public chat is in English.
What Makes It Different
Wars run on the server's own open-source plugin, with war goals, war chests, siege health for every chunk and limited war lives per player.
The main world is a 1:500 scale map of Earth.
Towns and nations claim land with Towny and pay upkeep for it.
NPC trade posts with delivery orders, jobs and player chest shops drive the money.
Town and nation wars with sieges, plus raiding of unclaimed builds.
Towny towns and nations claim land across Earth. Underground mining below y45 is only allowed on land your town owns, while the resource world, Nether and End reset monthly with normal rules.
Seven jobs, from Woodcutter to Hunter, level up to 25 and give skill points for job skill trees. Top skills craft parts of the Masterwork set, the strongest armour and tools on the server.
Fights need a warning first, except against outlaws and war enemies. Explosion PvP with end crystals and anchors is toned down, a 30 second combat tag stops logouts, and you cannot start an elytra while tagged.
Trade posts like the Spawn Docks, Chunjie Trade Port and Alchemist's Tower post orders you fill for money, with better deals as your reputation grows. Players also sell through chest shops and up to three player warps each.
Public chat is English only. Builds on unclaimed land can be raided, but griefing and theft are logged and punished. Combat logging, unregistered alt accounts and bots are banned, and the rules note that younger players are on the server.
Free to play. The sponsor store gives cosmetic perks like chat colours, custom prefixes, decorative heads and image maps, and the server says it is never pay-to-win.
Towns join nations, and the nation sets neutrality and is called in when any of its towns is attacked.
Each player can set up to three public warps with categories and ratings, and may charge a small fee to use them.
A live web map shows every town and nation border across the Earth map.
A hit starts a 30 second tag, and logging out while tagged kills you and credits the kill to your opponent.
Spawners on your land can be picked up after buying an upgrade with in-game money, though only a few mob types keep working once placed.
You found a town with a command once you have saved 8,000G, then add residents and claim land around it.
A separate resource world, plus the Nether and End, reset every month with no mining limits.
Seven jobs such as Miner, Fisherman and Farmer level up to 25, and each has its own skill tree with active skills.
Max-level job skills craft the Masterwork set, and custom weapons, tools and armour can be found or crafted.
Wars have goals like Plunder or Conquest, and attackers stand in enemy chunks to drain their health until the land is occupied.
