About SpiritSMP
SpiritSMP turns survival into a world-building game on a real-world Earth map. Find a place to settle, protect your land, build a town, and work toward a larger nation with other players.
Your elemental power changes how you fight and explore. Water supports allies, Fire hits hardest, Air rewards movement and control, and Earth can absorb punishment. Trade, jobs, fishing, claims, and player politics give the world reasons to keep growing.
What Makes It Different
SpiritSMP combines Earth-style nation building with elemental powers. Your choice between Water, Fire, Air, and Earth changes how you help a team, defend a base, or win a fight.
The map gives every settlement a real place in the world. A town can grow into a nation, and trade and diplomacy matter alongside mining and building.
Earth servers use a Minecraft map based on real-world geography, giving building, travel, and settlement a recognizable setting of continents, countries, and cities.
Its main world is a scale replica of the real world.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Players claim land and develop bases, towns, and nations under detailed spacing rules.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The server is a shared multiplayer survival world centered on player settlements and community activity.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Players gather resources, build bases, explore, work, trade, and develop settlements in a survival world.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
SpiritBank, market orders, Jobs, fishing rewards, and player trading are central systems.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
Elemental powers have defined combat roles and the server includes an arena.
Begin with basic survival gear, then choose a place to settle. Build a base, claim land, and develop it into a town or larger group settlement.
You can work Jobs, fish, trade with other players, explore the Earth map, and improve your elemental abilities. Claims help protect your builds while leaving room for organized expansion.
Progression starts with normal Minecraft gathering and building. From there, players develop claims, earn money through Jobs and fishing, trade with others, and grow settlements.
Each power has its own path. Water focuses on healing, Fire on damage, Air on movement and control, and Earth on defense. The power is obtained from a themed NPC: the Fisherman, Blacksmith, Arcanist, or Druid.
The server's custom content includes four elemental powers, themed power NPCs, Jobs, fishing rewards, SpiritBank, player-run market orders, custom commands, and special crate releases.
The four powers are Water, Fire, Air, and Earth, each built around a different combat role.
SpiritSMP uses a scale replica of Earth as its main world. Players choose real-world locations for settlements, claim territory, and build towns and nations across the map.
A dedicated live map lets players view the world outside the game client.
PvP is built into the elemental system. Fire deals the most damage but is fragile, Earth can withstand heavy punishment, Water supports allies, and Air relies on movement and control.
A dedicated arena is part of the experience. Elytra use is not allowed there, and players must avoid abusing PvP mechanics.
The economy is designed around player activity. SpiritBank and player-run market orders support direct trading, while Jobs and fishing provide other ways to earn money.
Credits are also used for some in-game purchases. Voting can provide additional rewards once every 24 hours.
Community activities include town-building contests, giveaways, build submissions, and special crate releases. The town contest held in August 2026 awarded store credit for the strongest village builds.
Discord is used for announcements, giveaways, build submissions, support tickets, claim disputes, and appeals. The in-game community is built around shared towns, nations, trading, and cooperative projects.
Griefing, hacking, unfair clients, movement modifications, X-ray, freecam, duplication, macros, scripts, and inventory exploits are prohibited. Builds must remain appropriate, and chat rules prohibit spam, advertising, threats, impersonation, personal-information sharing, and ban evasion.
Claims must respect nearby settlements. Bases, towns, and nations have different spacing requirements, and claims can be removed after reported inactivity. Players should use tickets for disputes, appeals, and reports.
SpiritSMP is free to play. The store sells ranks, Credits, crate keys, and patron packages. Some items can also be purchased in-game with Credits.
Store purchases are final and non-refundable. Most packages are delivered automatically within 1–20 minutes.

History of SpiritSMP
The current SpiritSMP network was running by June 13, 2026. Its identity centered on a real-world Earth map, Java-and-Bedrock crossplay, territory claims, and four elemental powers.
The server grew around settlement rather than plain survival alone. Players could choose a country-sized area, build a base, form towns and nations, and use their chosen power to shape both combat and cooperation.
The claim system was clarified on August 6, 2026. The updated structure separated bases, towns, and nations by distance, while development tiers set different activity periods before inactive claims could be removed.
A town-building contest followed on August 7, offering store credit for the best village builds. This pushed the server's building and settlement side beyond private bases and toward shared community projects.
Economy Update 2.0 arrived on August 9, adding SpiritBank, player-run market orders, higher Jobs payouts, and improved fishing rewards. The change made trading and everyday work more important parts of progression.
By August 2026, the Infernal Crate had joined the server's reward cycle. SpiritSMP now combines persistent Earth settlement, elemental combat roles, player-run trade, and cross-platform play in one survival world.
