About PokeGalaxia Network
Catch, train, and battle Pokémon while building up a protected base and working through server progression. PokeGalaxia currently foregrounds a Cobblemon MMORPG experience on Java 1.21.1, while also providing a separate Pixelmon path on Java 1.16.5. Both routes use server-specific modpacks and connect through the network address.
What Makes It Different
PokeGalaxia combines two different Pokémon-in-Minecraft experiences under one network. The Cobblemon side adds an MMORPG-style structure with quests, ranked challenges, seasonal content, and a player economy, while the Pixelmon side has its own protection, trading, competitive-battle, and Warp PvP rules.
Pixelmon brings Pokémon into Minecraft, letting players find, catch, train, evolve, and battle them across a block-based world.
A separate current Pixelmon path provides exploration, team development, trading, protection, and Pokémon battles.
Cobblemon is a modded Minecraft experience where players find, catch, train, and battle Pokémon-like creatures while exploring the world.
Cobblemon is the primary current experience, centered on catching, training, and battling Pokémon with server-specific progression.
Modded Minecraft servers use game mods to add or change mechanics, content, or progression beyond the unmodified game.
Both experiences require dedicated client-side modpacks using Fabric or Forge and add substantial Pokémon-focused content.
Quests are tracked Minecraft objectives that direct players to complete specific tasks or a connected sequence of tasks.
Cobblemon progression prominently includes quests, missions, narrative objectives, and themed mission chains.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Pokédollars, tokens, GTS transactions, item and Pokémon prices, and protection purchases materially shape progression.
Events are organized Minecraft activities that give players a distinct objective and rules for a particular occasion or limited period.
Seasonal events, special Pokémon encounters, legendary and shiny spawns, passes, and limited-time rewards are active content.
The main gameplay loop is built around finding, catching, training, and battling Pokémon while exploring custom worlds and completing server objectives. The Cobblemon experience includes quests, missions, ranked challenges, cosmetics, seasonal events, and an economy. Pixelmon players use Forge 1.16.5 with Pixelmon 9.1.13 and can follow a more established survival-style path with exploration, trading, protection systems, and Pokémon battles.
Cobblemon progression uses quests, narrative objectives, ranked challenges, seasonal rewards, and an in-game economy. Pixelmon progression includes developing Pokémon teams, using protection upgrades, participating in competitive formats, and acquiring better items through play and trading. The network also promotes seasonal passes, missions, and rank-based rewards.
PokeGalaxia provides official Cobblemon and Pixelmon modpacks, a server resource pack, an optional official launcher, custom Pokémon content, cosmetics, seasonal systems, special Pokémon, competitive tier lists, and server-specific protection and progression mechanics.
The server uses custom Pokémon-focused worlds with distinct areas, structures, biomes, warps, protected bases, and dedicated activity zones. Players can establish and protect their own builds, while special spawn areas and public warps create competition around rare Pokémon and event encounters.
PvP is present through a dedicated Warp PvP area and competitive Pokémon battles. The Pixelmon rules restrict alliances in Warp PvP to three players, prohibit kill farming and combat exploits, and ban advantages such as flying, external clients, and Pixelmon armor in that area. The server also documents an OU battle format with bans on Uber Pokémon, species duplication, sleep stacking, evasion moves, OHKO moves, and several abilities and items.
The network uses in-game money, tokens, Pokémon, items, and protection upgrades as economic resources. Players can trade or sell Pokémon and items, purchase larger Pixelmon protection zones through `/warp protecciones`, and use server systems such as GTS-related trading. The rules prohibit scams, artificially low-value trades, mass gifting, and transactions intended to devalue the economy.
Seasonal events, special Pokémon encounters, legendary and shiny spawn events, missions, battle challenges, and limited-time rewards are part of the network's current content. The store and official pages also promote seasonal passes and themed mission chains.
The network is primarily Spanish-language and maintains an official Discord for support, announcements, appeals, and staff contact. Players can apply for staff through an official form, and the rules direct reports and sanction appeals through Discord.
The rules prohibit theft, griefing, scams, chat abuse, unauthorized advertising, hacks, autoclickers, X-Ray, bug abuse, vanilla redstone mechanisms, and unauthorized farms. Pixelmon-specific rules also govern rare Pokémon claims, trading, gifting, GTS behavior, territory spacing, Warp PvP alliances, and competitive battle restrictions.
The official store sells ranks, rank upgrades, Pokémon, legendary and shiny items, keys, crates, cosmetics, protection-related goods, missions, battle or seasonal passes, breeding services, and other gameplay rewards. Purchases are delivered through the store and are described as supporting server development.
OU battle rules define a competitive Pokémon format by restricting unusually powerful creatures, repeated strategies, or destabilizing moves and items.
PokeGalaxia bans Uber Pokémon, duplicate species, sleep stacking, evasion and OHKO moves, plus selected abilities and luck-based items.
Protection systems that restrict unwanted building, breaking, or interaction within designated player-controlled areas.
Cobblemon uses golden-shovel claim blocks and trust permissions, while Pixelmon offers tiered protection blocks from stone through obsidian.
A global trading system lets players list Pokémon or items and search offers made by other players.
The Pixelmon economy references GTS trading alongside Pokémon, item, token, and pokédollar transactions, with rules against scams and devaluation.
Tiered protection provides progressively stronger or larger protected areas as players acquire improved protection levels.
Pixelmon protection progresses from an initial 16-by-16 stone area through larger iron, gold, diamond, and obsidian protections.
Warp PvP is a designated teleport-accessible area where players enter a specific location to fight under server-defined combat rules.
PokeGalaxia provides a dedicated Warp PvP area, limits alliances there to three players, and prohibits flying, exploits, and Pixelmon armor.
Rare legendary Pokémon can appear in the world, creating high-value exploration and collection opportunities for trainers.
PokeGalaxia promotes legendary and shiny spawn events, creating special opportunities to encounter rare Pokémon in its custom worlds.
Time-limited progression tracks that offer themed objectives or rewards during a particular season or content period.
The network promotes seasonal passes alongside missions, themed rewards, seasonal events, and special Pokémon content.
Custom Pokémon worlds are purpose-built environments with themed locations, structures, biomes, and exploration routes beyond ordinary Minecraft terrain.
The network uses custom Pokémon-focused worlds containing distinct areas, structures, biomes, warps, spawn zones, and activity locations.
