About MirageCraft
MirageCraft is a Cobblemon survival server built around catching, training, and battling Pokémon in a custom Minecraft world. Players work through gyms and the Elite Four, hunt rare spawns, breed teams, and trade with the wider community.
What Makes It Different
MirageCraft mixes a long-running Pixelmon-style server structure with a current Cobblemon adventure. It is not just a collection server: gyms, breeding, claims, shops, hunts, guilds, and seasonal rewards all connect the Pokémon side to a shared survival world.
Cobblemon is a modded Minecraft experience where players find, catch, train, and battle Pokémon-like creatures while exploring the world.
The current server and modpack are centered on Cobblemon.
Modded Minecraft servers use game mods to add or change mechanics, content, or progression beyond the unmodified game.
Joining requires a dedicated Java modpack.

Install the MirageCraft Cobblemon modpack, choose a starter, and build a team while exploring the server's custom world. Core activities include catching Pokémon, training levels and EVs, breeding, completing hunts, challenging gyms, using player warps, and trading through the GTS or market.
Progression starts with team building and expands through gym challenges, Elite Four content, Pokédex rewards, PokéHunts, breeding, level and EV training zones, catch combos, and rare Pokémon hunting. Dex rewards, playtime rewards, battle passes, and gameplay-earned ranks add longer-term goals beyond ordinary Cobblemon collection.
Custom content includes shiny starters, roaming legendaries, wild bosses, Mega Evolution, hidden-ability spawns, size variations, catch combos, move tutors, Pokémon disguises, plushies, cosmetics, aura effects, summoning shards, and themed Pokémon rewards.
MirageCraft uses a custom-built world designed for trainers rather than a plain survival seed. The network has featured themed locations such as Mirage Island, a large Safari Zone, community warps, spawn-based quest areas, and separate resource worlds for gathering materials.
PvP includes Pokémon battles against other players, ranked battles, gym progression, tournaments, and competitive team building. Monthly ladder activity gives experienced players a reason to keep refining movesets, abilities, breeding results, and team strategy.
The economy supports direct player trading, a Global Trade Station, a market, chest shops, and guild activity. Legendary summoning shards and reward items also play a role in collecting and trading rare Pokémon-related goods.
Recurring activities include Pokémon hunts, trivia games, community hunts, themed Battle Pass seasons, ranked tournaments, giveaways, and special anniversary quests. Tournament activity is a regular part of the current Cobblemon community, with additional events mixed in between competitive seasons.
The community is organized around Discord, guilds, player trading, shared events, and cooperative progression. MirageCraft has a small-server feel compared with the biggest modded networks, with helpful regulars and staff contact centered on Discord.
The store offers optional ranks, keys, plushie-related items, decor tokens, cosmetics, and other supporter rewards. MirageCraft also provides ranks and progression rewards that can be earned through gameplay.

MirageCraft was established in 2013 as a Pixelmon-focused Minecraft community. Its early appeal came from combining a Pokémon adventure with normal Minecraft building, exploration, trading, and multiplayer progression.
