About Blaze Gaming
Blaze Gaming is a Pokémon-focused Minecraft network. Its main experiences are Pixelmon Storm and Cobblemon Infinity, where players catch creatures, build teams, explore, trade and battle.
What Makes It Different
Blaze Gaming mixes a Pokémon adventure with the long-term systems of a large Minecraft network. Players can spend weeks breeding teams, improving collections, trading and preparing for tournaments instead of finishing after one short play session.
Pixelmon brings Pokémon into Minecraft, letting players find, catch, train, evolve, and battle them across a block-based world.
Pixelmon Storm is the network's longest-running flagship experience and remains central to its current identity.
Cobblemon is a modded Minecraft experience where players find, catch, train, and battle Pokémon-like creatures while exploring the world.
Cobblemon Infinity is a current major server alongside Pixelmon.
Modded Minecraft servers use game mods to add or change mechanics, content, or progression beyond the unmodified game.
The main Pokémon experiences require dedicated Minecraft modpacks.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Trading, shops, PokeDollars, Vote Points and BlazeBux form important progression systems.
Install the required Pixelmon or Cobblemon modpack, join the network and choose a Pokémon-focused server. Catch and train creatures, explore the world, build a base, trade with other players and take on gyms, missions, hunts and battle content.
Progress comes from catching stronger Pokémon, improving IVs, breeding, completing missions and collecting special rewards. Pixelmon also includes Battle Tower systems, clue scrolls, Bingo Hunts and custom progression goals. Seasonal resets can create a fresh starting point while selected donor or reward items may carry forward.
Custom content includes server-made enchantments, battle rewards, chat colors, tags, emojis, custom textures, spins, custom models and themed equipment. Historical Skyblock updates added boss armor with active abilities, while Pixelmon updates added custom reward systems and Pokémon-focused cosmetics.
Blaze Gaming uses modded Minecraft worlds rather than a single plain-vanilla map. Pixelmon worlds have included PokéStops, Pokémon structures, raid locations, shrines, Team Plasma and Team Galactic encounters, and Ultra Space regions. Older Survival and Skyblock seasons used separate themed worlds with their own exploration areas.
Pokémon battles are a major competitive activity. Mega Monthly Tournaments use Singles 6v6 formats, level caps and changing tiers such as National Dex RU, Gen 9 RU and monotype formats. Tournament rules can restrict moves, items, species and battle tactics for balance. Player trapping and player killing are prohibited in the main community rules.
The network uses player trading, server shops and Pokémon-focused marketplaces. Pixelmon gameplay includes PokeDollars and a structured trading economy. BlazeBux can be purchased, transferred to other players and converted into store gift cards. Voting also awards Vote Points that can be spent through the in-game VoteShop.
Mega Monthly Tournaments run through qualifiers and a championship round. Winners can receive BlazeBux, custom tags, exclusive Pokémon skins or textures, crate keys, reset vouchers, chat cosmetics and places in the Hall of Fame. Community events and seasonal activities are promoted through Discord.
The Blaze Discord is used for announcements, event notices, update roles and support tickets. The network also accepts ban appeals and staff applications. The main in-game chat is English-only, while other languages are allowed in private messages or secondary chats.
Do not use hacked clients, X-ray, autoclickers, macros, botting tools or other unfair modifications. Trapping, killing, griefing, raiding and stealing from player builds are forbidden. Players must leave a claim when asked and cannot build within 25 blocks of another claim without permission. Advertising, harassment, impersonation, duping, exploit abuse and player-run casinos are prohibited.
The official store sells Pixelmon and Cobblemon ranks, crate keys, bundles, reset-vault products, gift cards and BlazeBux. Purchases are optional for access to the network, but store perks can affect progression or provide cosmetic and convenience rewards. Purchases are final, and the store warns that chargebacks can lead to permanent network and store bans.

History of Blaze Gaming
Blaze Gaming was established in spring 2018 as a Minecraft network with Pixelmon, Survival and Skyblock experiences. Pixelmon soon became its main identity, while the network continued experimenting with several different server styles.
The network's Survival era included the Jurassic Survival world. Its 2022 reset added a dinosaur-themed Extinction Zone, custom biomes, dangerous creatures, special fossil resources and a live map covering the main worlds. The reset also used a smaller world border that could expand as the season developed.
Skyblock grew into another major chapter. The Greek-themed seasons added custom islands, minions, missions, player economies, PvE mines and custom equipment. Later updates introduced a reset vault, more than 75 custom enchantments, expanded PvE areas, mystery mobs, custom Nether and End islands, and boss fights that rewarded group participation.
In November 2022, Pixelmon Lightning launched on Minecraft 1.16.5 alongside the older 1.12.2 servers. The new era brought PokéStops, revised breeding, natural Apricorn and Berry trees, Tumblestone, new world structures, Ultra Space content, Team Plasma and Team Galactic encounters, spins, custom chat cosmetics and updated crate systems.
Pixelmon development continued through new server eras and seasonal resets. The network's Pixelmon systems expanded around breeding, collection, gyms, missions, custom rewards and competitive battling rather than stopping at basic Pokémon catching.
Mega Monthly Tournaments returned as a recurring competitive feature. These events use qualifying rounds and championship matches, with changing Pokémon tiers, level caps, battle clauses, custom rewards and a Hall of Fame for winners.
By 2025 and 2026, Blaze Gaming had added Cobblemon Infinity alongside its established Pixelmon identity. The network now combines modded Pokémon survival, player trading, long-term progression and scheduled competitive events under the Blaze Gaming brand.
