About Matcha Flavoured SMP
Matcha Flavoured SMP takes normal Minecraft survival and reshapes the parts that usually become routine. Hunger and natural regeneration are changed, food and cooking matter more, and early progression asks you to learn new recipes instead of rushing straight to the usual farms.
What Makes It Different
The server changes survival without requiring players to install a mod or datapack. Food, cooking, fishing, gear and death all work differently, while personal loot lets groups explore together without fighting over rewards.
Custom Items are server-created weapons, tools, armor, or usable objects with abilities or properties beyond Minecraft’s standard items.
Custom foods, alloys, equipment, treasures and datapack items are central to play.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
Its main format is a shared multiplayer survival world.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
The server is fundamentally a custom survival experience.
The main loop revolves around exploring, fishing, gathering ingredients and cooking useful foods. Waystones make long trips easier, while simple shops and container protection support shared settlements. The server is designed for relaxed survival sessions rather than a constant race for top gear.
The early game is intentionally slower. Campfires, wooden hoes, grass and the mudkiln help unlock the first steps into the reworked recipe system. Advancements and unavailable recipes act as clues. Death keeps your inventory but removes hearts, with a floor of ten hearts and upgrades available up to thirty. The End also has personal progression and rewards, so players can work toward it without needing to rush.
The Matcha Flavoured datapack adds roughly fifty foods, special ingredient effects, new alloys, altered equipment, reworked enchanting and villager trades, special treasures, new enchantments and hidden discoveries. The server adds multiplayer fixes, personal loot, Waystones, custom easter-egg items and other quality-of-life changes.
The world is intended to remain persistent rather than reset with every season. Players can settle near the shared spawn town or travel outward to build their own communities. Builds are protected through server rules and protection systems without relying on traditional land-claim regions.
PvP is opt-in and requires the other player's consent. The server is built around cooperative survival, so random attacks and combat-focused raiding are not the normal experience.
Player shops provide the main trading layer. Reward rates, fishing income and rare drops are adjusted to keep the economy from being flooded. The server is not built around paid power or a rank-based progression ladder.
Community events and giveaways are part of the server's social calendar.
Matcha Flavoured SMP is aimed at a small, welcoming and inclusive community. Players can build settlements together, use Discord outside the game and join optional voice chat when they want more direct coordination.
Griefing and stealing are prohibited. Hacked clients, X-ray and bug exploits used for unfair advantages are not allowed. Chat must remain respectful, with harassment, hate speech, spam and inappropriate content banned.
An official web store is available for server support. Purchases are intended to remain cosmetic and provide no gameplay advantage.
