History of LoveMC
In March 2025, the server was being prepared as a new EarthMC SMP with custom builds and configurations. That version was intended to give players a community-driven Earth setting rather than simply reproduce the larger EarthMC network.
By July 2025, the server had been rebranded from EarthMC to LoveMC. The change was meant to move beyond a single Earth-focused mode and make room for a wider network, including SMP-style gameplay. LoveMC’s current public identity is centered on Box SMP, while the earlier EarthMC name remains part of its history.
