About Ironclad Network
Ironclad Vanilla is the main survival server behind the Ironclad Network. It uses a permanent world instead of seasonal wipes, so old towns, bases, roads, and spawn districts remain part of the same growing map.
What Makes It Different
The world does not reset. Builds from different years sit together, and the server has moved its center several times without tearing down the places that came before. That makes the map feel like a timeline built by its players.
Semi-Vanilla servers keep Minecraft’s ordinary survival progression while adding a limited set of server-specific changes around it.

Ironclad adds lightweight survival features rather than turning the server into a large RPG mode. Its custom systems include command costs, grief and theft logging, player commerce tools, quests, and server-run quality-of-life features.
The main world has stayed in place since 2018. Five major spawn cities have existed over its history: Riverside, New Haven, Birchcreek, Hillcrest, and Ember Valley. Earlier spawn districts remain part of the world, and map downloads have been offered for preserving player builds.
PvP is off by default. Players can turn it on or off with the server's PvP command, and attacking someone who has not agreed to PvP is prohibited. This keeps the main survival world focused on building and cooperation rather than constant ambushes.
Diamonds are the main trading currency, with player-run shops and public trading posts located in spawn cities. A separate cash balance pays for selected commands and can be earned through normal server activities.
Community events, tournaments, and quests are part of the survival experience. Large player builds and shared projects also shape the world, especially around the spawn cities.
The main survival server is whitelisted. New players apply through the Ironclad Discord, then join a long-running community built around shared projects, trading, spawn-city businesses, and collaborative builds.
Griefing, stealing, cheating, duping, exploiting bugs, and x-raying through the world seed are prohibited. Excessive abusive or inappropriate language, chat spam, and advertising other servers are also restricted. PvP requires mutual consent.
The official store offers Vanilla ranks and in-game cash, along with products for the network's other servers. The survival world does not give players spawned items, and its main resource economy remains based on diamonds and player trade.
Consent-based PvP restricts player combat to agreed encounters or designated areas, reducing unwanted fighting in shared survival spaces.
PvP is off by default and players can toggle it with the server's PvP command; attacking non-consenting players is prohibited.
Grief rollback tools investigate block damage or theft and restore affected areas after unauthorized player actions.
Ironclad logs grief and theft incidents so staff can investigate damaged builds and perform rollbacks when necessary.

Ironclad Vanilla began on October 28, 2018, as a project between turtleguy123456 and ClearPixels. The original idea was simple: build a survival world that would not disappear when a new season started.
