About Inkwell Network
Inkwell Network divides its play across Survival, Lifesteal, Dungeons and Duels, with Hub as the safe starting point. Survival is the long-form base-building and trading world, Lifesteal turns hearts into a PvP resource, and the combat modes put custom relic abilities into structured fights and dungeon runs. Ink Fragments and Enchanted Quills tie the worlds together, while seasons reset the long-term race. An FFA arena pool is still in testing rather than a public mode.
What Makes It Different
Inkwell’s main twist is a single relic system with different rules in each world. Survival and Lifesteal let players earn fragments and use the shop, while Dungeons and Duels disable the shop and grind but enable relic abilities. That separation makes preparation, inventory choices and world selection matter before a fight even begins.
Duels are self-contained Minecraft PvP matches where two players or small opposing teams fight under defined rules until one side wins.
Rated kit-based arena matches are a live primary mode with tracked ratings, wins, and losses.
Dungeons are structured Minecraft challenges where players explore connected rooms, fight hostile mobs, overcome hazards, and reach a final encounter or objective.
The Ink Trials provide structured dungeon areas with kill gates, escalating tiers, and major bosses.
Lifesteal is a Minecraft PvP survival mode where player kills and deaths change a player’s maximum health.
Lifesteal is a principal mode where PvP kills transfer hearts and reaching zero hearts eliminates a player.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.

Hub is a safe starting area with no combat or fragment grind. Survival combines ordinary Overworld, Nether and End progression with building, trading and fragment collection. Lifesteal adds a heart economy, Dungeons provides boss-focused runs with PvP enabled, and Duels matches players in rated kit-based arenas. FFA arenas covering sword, crystal, mace, potion and spear styles are being tested but are not yet open as a regular mode.
Survival and Lifesteal generate Ink Fragments, which can be forged into Enchanted Quills at the current eight-to-one rate. Quills buy relics, upgrades, cosmetics and crate keys, while relic abilities become usable in Dungeons and Duels. Lifesteal starts players at ten hearts, caps them at twenty and removes a heart on each PvP kill. Dungeons use kill gates that double with each tier, with prestige available after clearing the final wing. Duels track rating, wins and losses.
Relics are the server’s main custom system. They include custom-model weapons and tools, slot-in gems, cosmetics and soulbinding, with a resource pack making the items display as intended. The resource pack is optional, but declining it causes relics to appear as their ordinary Minecraft base items.
The network uses separate worlds with their own rules for combat and relic systems. Survival includes an Overworld, Nether and End, while Dungeons is divided into the Ash Archive, Rift Halls and Tide Vaults. Hub is the protected landing area, and Survival does not advertise a player land-claim system, so bases depend on distance, walls and secure storage.
Lifesteal makes every fight affect long-term health, with elimination at zero hearts. Dungeons also allow PvP, so players can lose hearts while dealing with dungeon enemies and bosses. Duels are rated matches built around selectable kits and rotating arenas. Relic abilities are active in Dungeons and Duels, while the relic shop and fragment grind stay disabled there.
Survival uses a Vault economy for player balances and trading surplus resources. Ink Fragments are earned in Survival and Lifesteal, then forged into Enchanted Quills for relic purchases and key-shop items. The network also has Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Vote crates, with voting rewarding money, crate keys and jackpot entries.
Discord is the main place for announcements, season changelogs, FFA testing rounds, reports, appeals and support tickets. Staff applications open when positions are needed, and player or bug reports are handled through tickets rather than public chat.
Cheat clients, macros, reach, aim assistance, x-ray and automated input replay are prohibited. Harassment, slurs, threats, sexual content, server advertising and impersonation are also banned. Players may not use alternate accounts to farm hearts, avoid punishments or hold extra limited-stock relics. Exploit farming, lag machines and punishment evasion are not allowed, and appeals go through Discord tickets.
Ranks and packages are sold through the official store. In-game Enchanted Quills purchase relics, gems, cosmetics and crate keys, while voting provides additional money, keys and jackpot entries. Relic prices and stock limits can change between seasons.
Heart-stealing systems transfer or alter players' maximum health through victories and defeats in player combat.
Lifesteal starts players at ten hearts, allows up to twenty, transfers one heart per PvP kill, and eliminates players at zero.

Do I need the resource pack?
No, but relic weapons, gems and cosmetics only display with their custom models when the pack is accepted. Without it, they appear as ordinary base items.
Where do Ink Fragments and Enchanted Quills come from?
Ink Fragments drop in Survival and Lifesteal. In Season 2, eight fragments forge into one Enchanted Quill, which is used at the relic and key shops.
Are Survival bases protected by land claims?
A player land-claim system is not advertised for Survival, so players are expected to rely on distance, walls and secure storage.
Which modes use relic abilities?
