About PebbleQuest
PebbleQuest puts the long Skyblock grind on a player island: build farms, sell what you produce, turn cash and shards into automation, then push toward stronger gear, dungeons, and monthly Island Top rankings. It supports Java and Bedrock, with layered progression connecting manual work, custom upgrades, trading, and island building.
What Makes It Different
Its economy is closely tied to island automation. Custom spawners generate buffered loot instead of filling islands with live mobs, while minions and Super Hoppers consume island shards and feed into storage or player-run sales. Fishing also has its own active catch mechanic, custom rarity pools, rod ladder, and fishing runes instead of being a simple afk income source.
Skyblock is a Minecraft mode where players develop a floating island while gathering and multiplying scarce resources above the void.
Floating player islands, void-based building, island expansion, automation, and Island Top rankings define the primary mode.
Dungeons are structured Minecraft challenges where players explore connected rooms, fight hostile mobs, overcome hazards, and reach a final encounter or objective.

Dungeons provide a separate combat route when players want more than farming and automation.
Progress is spread across island upgrades, skills, collections, jobs, quests, gear, runes, automation, and the monthly Island Top competition. Early play favors simple farms and manual gathering. Later goals include larger island capacity, better generators, upgraded minions and spawners, stronger equipment, the Pebble End unlock, and more efficient income streams.
Custom content includes buffered Pebble spawners, shard-fueled minions, Super Hoppers, custom fishing, a fish-fight minigame, socketable runes, Fortune Shards, custom gear upgrades, dungeon bosses, and island-specific progression systems. The rune system currently covers weapon, armor, tool, utility, and fishing effects with rarity, levels, compatibility rules, and bonding risk.
The main experience is built around floating player islands above the void. Island upgrades can expand borders, raise member and minion capacity, increase automation limits, and unlock the Pebble End area. Visitors, co-op members, roles, and island permissions let players decide how open each island should be.
PvP is available through dedicated wager duels, where players challenge one another with a stated wager and risk what they bring. Island settings also include PvP controls, so combat can be managed separately from the main building and economy loop.
Cash pays for ordinary purchases, selling, jobs, upgrades, and wagers, while bank storage protects spare money. Island shards fuel automation, and GC functions as store credit that can move through supported player trading. Players can sell through server shops, trade through the Auction House and market, and diversify income because some sell values react to recent market activity.
Monthly Island Top competitions turn island income and automation into a recurring race with prizes. The wider community also has server events and reward-driven activities tied to updates, voting, and player participation.
Discord is the main support and community hub. Players can visit islands, form co-op teams, trade through built-in systems, use player shops and auctions, report bugs, and ask for connection help. The server also maintains a public wiki covering commands, progression, rules, and individual systems.
The rules prohibit cheats, macros, bots, unattended automation, exploit or duplication abuse, griefing, scams, harassment, server attacks, unsafe trading, and reward manipulation with alternate accounts. Server-provided automation such as minions, spawners, Super Hoppers, Shop Keepers, and ordinary island farms is allowed when used normally.
The store sells supporter ranks, crate keys, cosmetics, perks, kits, gift cards, and convenience features. Paid ranks mainly add homes, storage, pets, tags, utility commands, and flight convenience rather than directly replacing normal island progression. Players should still expect a store-connected economy through crates, ranks, and GC.
Socketed runes are installable enhancements that add or modify equipment effects through configurable item slots.

PebbleQuest began as Gluckz's idea for a Skyblock server built around connected progression, economy, quality-of-life systems, and custom content rather than a lightly modified default setup. The server released in 2026 with Java and Bedrock support, persistent island data, a custom website, and its own player-facing wiki.
