About HeartSMP
HeartSMP is built around Lifesteal survival. Defeating another player steals one heart and some of their money, while losing all your hearts sends you to jail. Players gather resources, build bases, join clans, trade, raid and fight for control of valuable areas.
The network also includes a large Creative realm. Players can claim protected plots, create private worlds, build custom minigames and use powerful editing tools. Both realms add events, rewards, cosmetics and social features, giving builders and fighters different ways to play under one network.
What Makes It Different
HeartSMP makes every serious fight matter because kills change both your hearts and your money. It also pairs that risky Lifesteal world with a deep Creative realm where players can build protected plots or make their own minigames.
Creative is a Minecraft building mode where players construct and test structures with unrestricted access to building materials instead of gathering them through survival play.
A dedicated Creative realm launched with plots, private worlds, natural claims and Anarchy building.
Lifesteal is a Minecraft PvP survival mode where player kills and deaths change a playerโs maximum health.
The main survival realm is centered on stealing and losing hearts through PvP.
Events are organized Minecraft activities that give players a distinct objective and rules for a particular occasion or limited period.
KOTH, Airdrops, Capture Points, Dragon Fights, giveaways and rotating events provide regular activities.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
PvP controls heart totals, money transfers, clan conflict and several dedicated arenas.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Players gather resources, build bases, explore wilderness and progress through a survival world.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The network's main realm is a persistent multiplayer survival experience built around player groups and conflict.
Raiding is attacking another playerโs base to breach its defenses, reach its valuables, and weaken or destroy its ability to operate.
TNT, creepers, crystals and claim fights make base raiding a defining part of Lifesteal.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Money, shops, Auction House trading, spawners, boosters and player markets are central progression systems.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Players use Lands claims to protect bases and organize long-term building areas.
Factions is a Minecraft multiplayer mode where players join organized groups, build shared bases, and compete with rival groups for territory, resources, and strategic advantage.
Factions shaped earlier seasons and remains part of the server's established discovery identity, although current group systems use clans.
Start in the lobby and choose Lifesteal or Creative. On Lifesteal, use /rtp to find wilderness, gather materials, create a clan and claim land. On Creative, choose plots, natural claim-based building, private Own Worlds or the destructive Anarchy realm. The optional resource pack adds custom menus and textures.
A Lifesteal kill steals one heart and 7.5% of the defeated player's money. Players can hold up to 25 hearts. Reaching zero hearts sends a player to jail for three days, although premium ranks can reduce the wait. Hearts can be withdrawn after the first four hours of play. Progress also comes from clan levels, BattlePass quests, daily rewards, playtime levels, voting, streaks and events.
Custom content includes Lucky Blocks, natural disasters, Crystals, gear Wraps, special mobs, cosmetics, disguises, pets, furniture, custom heads, animated image displays and an optional resource pack. Creative builders also get WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, GoPaint, GoBrush, BuildPaste, Armor Stand tools and player statues.
Lifesteal has wilderness, claimed lands, a live map, a rotating Warzone and dangerous raid targets. The Warzone changes roughly every 30 minutes and can alter available ores, mobs, movement options and events. Creative has 80x80 protected plots, natural Claim World terrain, private Own Worlds and a separate Anarchy world that resets every two weeks.
Combat tagging lasts 35 seconds after your last hit. Teleports, grapples, Chorus Fruit and Elytra are restricted during combat. Logging out while tagged counts as death. Item loss is enabled in the wilderness, Warzone, Crystal Arena, Clan Wars and several major events. Duels do not normally lose items, while spawn sword duels use temporary kits.
The Lifesteal economy uses money, Vote Gems and Crystals. Players sell crops and mob drops, trade through the Auction House, use market stalls, open shops and buy from the server shop. Upgradable spawners, boosters, mob cash, coinflips and the Casino add more ways to earn or risk money.
Regular activities include KOTH, King-of-the-Ladder, Airdrops, Capture Points, Gladiator, Dragon Fights, Clan Wars, Crystal PvP, duels, giveaways and map expansions. The network also offers minigames such as BedWars, SkyWars, Paintball, Spleef, Parkour and Mazes.
Players can form clans with private chat, shared storage, clan homes, allies, rivals and upgradeable perks. Discord provides announcements, support tickets, creator programs and staff applications. Proximity voice chat is available for players who want in-game voice communication.
Hacks, X-Ray, dupes, bug abuse, hate speech, threats and personal information leaks are prohibited. Raiding and griefing are allowed outside protected regions, and trapping is legal when an escape route exists. Scams are allowed except through /trade and the Auction House. Up to three accounts may share an IP, but alt abuse for hearts, kills or boosting is prohibited.
The official store offers ranks, keys, redemptions and other server extras. Gameplay also provides daily rewards, voting rewards, BattlePass rewards, event prizes and progression bonuses. New Lifesteal players can claim a free Emerald Rank trial, while Creative players can claim a free Duke Rank trial.

History of HeartSMP
HeartSMP began its first Lifesteal season in November 2023. Season 1 launched with Lands claims, disasters and custom enchantments, then expanded with a BattlePass, a new Spawn and Warzone, and the network's first one-versus-one duels.
Season 2 ran from July through November 2024. It opened as a 20,000 by 20,000 anarchy world without Lands, disasters or custom enchantments. During the season, HeartSMP added a live map, Factions claims, VoteParty, Casino, Coinflip, stackable and upgradeable spawners, manager ranks and TNT raiding.
Season 3 followed from December 2024 to July 2025. Clans replaced Factions, while daily rewards, Strike, a preferences menu, Auto-Sell Chests, Sell-Wands, boosters and wider borders changed the way players progressed. The season also brought a major performance improvement and a much larger schedule of automatic events.
Season 4 began in July 2025. It brought a unified menu and item design, a server wiki, an AI helper, profile tools, quizzes, tutorials, Lucky Blocks and a new PvP arena. Lands and raiding returned, along with Airdrops, KOTH, Capture Points, King-of-the-Ladder and border-resize battles.
The Lifesteal realm continued to grow around clans, claims, rotating Warzone fights, custom rewards and seasonal content. Players could protect a base, but open-world combat and explosive raids kept valuable locations dangerous.
HeartSMP added its Creative realm in March 2026. The launch included Plot World, Claim World, Anarchy and Own Worlds, giving players protected building areas as well as private spaces for custom maps and minigames.
Today, HeartSMP combines its Season 4 Lifesteal world with the newer Creative sandbox. Java and Bedrock players can enter the same network, while Eaglercraft players have a separate supported connection method.
