Hacked clients, movement mods, radar, freecam, auto-place tools, harmful macros, scripts, and crystal optimisers are forbidden. Bug abuse, duplication, seed finding, staff impersonation, punishment evasion, doxxing, swatting, DDoS attacks, spawn killing, and bed trapping are also prohibited. Chat rules ban spam, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, advertising, and unrelated promotion. Violations can lead to mutes or bans.
Joining is free. The store sells permanent ranks and crate keys, including seasonal keys, and purchases are optional.
History of KingSMP
KingSMP emerged in early 2023, with the kingsmp.net domain created on March 6. Its first public activity appeared between February and April of that year, establishing the server as a growing cross-play community.
From the beginning, KingSMP connected Java Edition and Bedrock Edition players through the same network. This shared access helped shape a broad community around a common survival world.
Its early identity centered on kingdoms, factions, castles, and alliances. Players formed groups, built large settlements, and gave the survival experience a social and competitive structure.
During its early growth, KingSMP expanded its community through recruitment, Discord activity, giveaways, and custom server plugins. These efforts supported a player-driven world where cooperation and rivalry developed alongside construction.
Over time, the server’s gameplay identity developed a stronger combat focus. Survival remained central, but Lifesteal and PvP became more prominent parts of the experience, adding greater risk and competition to the shared world.
Events also became part of KingSMP’s ongoing direction. Scheduled activities gave players reasons to return beyond ordinary survival, while the kingdom-flavored building and faction spirit continued to connect the newer gameplay with its original identity.
Today, KingSMP operates as a free-to-play cross-platform survival network focused on Lifesteal, PvP, SMP play, and events. Its current identity combines combat-driven survival with player communities, large builds, Discord activity, and the kingdom theme that defined its beginnings.
