About HayCube
HayCube is a relaxed Survival SMP built for Java and Bedrock players together. Claims protect your builds, while homes, /back, player warps, shops, quests and jobs make a long-term world easier to manage. PvP is optional rather than the main attraction.
There is more depth than plain vanilla survival. Players can work with the Bales economy, collect themed gear and special items, develop skills, and use systems such as HayLands, spawners and seasonal crates. A Creative server is also part of the network.
What Makes It Different
HayCube keeps the calm, build-focused feel of a semi-vanilla SMP, then adds a surprisingly deep layer of skills, special items, crates and economy systems. The overworld is built for long-term projects instead of constant resets, and Java and Bedrock players can share it.
Player Shops are player-run places or interfaces where players sell items to other players for currency or agreed trade goods.
Player shops and warps support the server's trading loop.
A persistent world is a Minecraft server world that keeps its player-made changes and ongoing progress across repeated visits.
The overworld is intended to remain available for long-term projects.
PvE is Minecraft gameplay centered on surviving and overcoming enemies and hazards controlled by the game rather than by other players.
The server is not PvP-first and emphasizes survival, building and progression.

Custom Items are server-created weapons, tools, armor, or usable objects with abilities or properties beyond Minecraft’s standard items.

The main mode is Survival SMP. Claims protect land and containers, and players can set homes, teleport to friends, use /back and visit player warps. Jobs, quests, shops and special systems give builders and grinders different ways to stay busy.
Money comes from the server economy, player trading, jobs, quests and shops. Bales are the network's named currency. Voting and play time can provide crate-related rewards, while ranks can increase practical perks such as the number of homes available.
Custom progression includes a skills system, HayLands, obtainable spawners and spawner changers, themed armor sets, crates and collectible items. Examples from the item catalogue include the Blood Sword, Timber Axe, Flippers and Night Vision Goggles.
The overworld is designed for long-term building and is not intended to reset regularly. The Nether and End can reset when needed, without a fixed public schedule. Claims let players protect bases while still sharing a large multiplayer world.
PvP is disabled by default and can be turned on or off with /pvp on and /pvp off. HayCube is not built around constant fighting, but players can still arrange fights or enable PvP when they want it. Claims add a separate layer of protection for bases.
HayCube uses Bales alongside a player-driven economy. The Survival server includes a central /shop, player shops and player warps for farms, grinders and trading spots. The economy was rebuilt in April 2024 after an earlier economic system became unsustainable.
VoteParty-style rewards, seasonal crate themes and play-time rewards have been part of HayCube's ongoing activity. Themed crates have included seasonal collections such as Snowy, Cozy, Lush, Sunny, Pride and Spooky sets.
HayCube grew from a small friend group into a wider player community. The server is designed for casual play with friends, shared builds, trading and conversation across Java and Bedrock, with Discord used as the main social hub.
PvP is optional, and claims provide protection for land and containers. Players can also use claim trust levels to give friends limited or full access, or remove unwanted players from a claim.
The official store sells Bales, crates, ranks and extras. Vote ranks and donor ranks are also part of the server's reward structure, with store offerings including cosmetics, keys, claim-related items and other perks.

History of HayCube
HayCube opened on March 19, 2022, growing out of TosCraft. It began as a Java semi-vanilla survival server for a small group of friends, with a focus on a persistent world and a friendly player economy.
The early server added practical multiplayer systems without changing Minecraft's basic shape. Player shops, player warps, quests, vote ranks, play-time rewards, elevators and a public shop gave players reasons to keep returning while still leaving building and survival at the center.
On January 12, 2023, the Survival world received a full reset. The reset followed serious problems in the old economy and marked a major break from the first world.
HayCube later kept the overworld for long-term building while allowing the Nether and End to rotate when needed. Those dimension resets do not follow a fixed schedule, while the overworld is intended to remain stable for as long as possible.
An economy reset followed in April 2024. Bales were introduced as part of the new economic setup, alongside a broader collection of crates, seasonal armor sets and special items.
HayCube has since grown beyond its original Java-only format. Today, the network combines crossplay Survival, Creative access, land protection, optional PvP, player trading and custom progression systems in one persistent community server.
