About Golden SMP
Golden SMP puts ordinary survival in the hands of clans. Players gather resources, build bases, form alliances or rivalries, and decide how far to take PvP and raiding in a world intended to persist without routine wipes. Convenience commands such as /home, /sethome and /tpa keep travel and base-building practical without turning the server into a heavily customized mode.
What Makes It Different
Its main hook is continuity: clan conflicts, settlements and player-made landmarks are meant to accumulate instead of disappearing in a routine reset. The rules leave room for PvP, stealing and raiding while still banning cheats and deliberate performance abuse, so diplomacy and defense matter alongside building.
Clans are player-organized teams that cooperate under a shared name, membership, and allegiance.
Joining or creating clans, forming alliances, pursuing rivalries, and coordinating group conflicts are central to the experience.
Semi-Vanilla servers keep Minecraft’s ordinary survival progression while adding a limited set of server-specific changes around it.
The server retains ordinary Minecraft survival progression while adding clan functionality and convenience commands.
A persistent world is a Minecraft server world that keeps its player-made changes and ongoing progress across repeated visits.
The world is presented as continuing without routine wipes, allowing bases, routes, landmarks, and conflicts to accumulate over time.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The server is a shared multiplayer survival world where players gather resources, build bases, and develop alongside others.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Gathering, crafting, base building, gear improvement, and survival in a dangerous world form the core gameplay loop.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
Player combat is an intended part of the open survival format, including rivalries, wars, and conflicts between clans.
The core loop is standard survival with clan play layered on top. Start or join a clan, gather and craft, establish a base, use /home, /sethome and /tpa for convenience, then cooperate or compete with other groups through alliances, rivalries, wars and raids.
Progress comes mainly from improving gear, expanding a base and building a stronger clan position in the shared world. The long-term goal is to make your settlement, alliances and past conflicts matter.
Custom content appears intentionally light. Vanilla-style survival remains central, with quality-of-life commands such as /home, /sethome and /tpa alongside clan functionality.
The server keeps a persistent survival world rather than routine wipes. Player bases, routes and landmarks can accumulate over time, giving clan history a physical footprint.
PvP is part of the open clan-survival format. Rivalries, wars and raids can put bases, supplies and alliances at risk, so players need to balance cooperation with defense.
Major server events are part of the clan-lore format, with conflicts, wars and other player actions contributing to the shared history.
The social structure revolves around clans. New players can join an existing group or start one, then build relationships through alliances, rivalries and shared projects.
The rules prohibit cheating, x-ray and unfair mods, as well as intentional harm to server performance. Another listed rule bans discussion of politics, religion, gender and race. PvP, stealing and raiding are presented as part of the looser survival rules.
Teleport commands provide configurable ways for players to return home, travel to others, or relocate across a world.
Golden SMP provides /home and /sethome for returning to saved locations, plus /tpa for requesting travel to another player.
