About Glory SMP
Glory SMP puts ordinary Minecraft survival inside a player-run geopolitical world. Players gather resources, establish settlements, form governments, negotiate alliances, and decide when conflict becomes war. New arrivals begin with time to explore and prepare before the wider nation and warfare systems open up.
What Makes It Different
Glory SMP makes diplomacy part of the gameplay rather than background roleplay. Alliances, wars, peace terms, bounties, and betrayals are recorded publicly, while its knockout system lets players be revived, captured, imprisoned, or rescued instead of treating every defeat as an immediate death.
Player-run nations, governments, alliances, diplomacy, bounties, borders, and formal warfare define the server’s primary experience.
Players create governments, negotiate treaties, make public political decisions, and contribute to a shared history.
Settlements, political changes, conflicts, and major map consequences are intended to remain part of the ongoing world.
Players explore, gather resources, build settlements, craft equipment, and establish themselves in a persistent survival world.
Knockouts, duels, declared wars, captures, prison consequences, and full-loot combat make player conflict central.
Nations organize players around shared leadership, territory, resources, alliances, and military objectives.
Players start by exploring, gathering resources, and finding a place in the world. After the opening progression period, they can found nations, choose a government, build settlements, recruit allies, set bounties, negotiate treaties, and compete for influence. The server combines survival building with player-led politics and territorial conflict.
New players begin as Settlers and use the first 24 hours to scout, gather, and establish themselves. Full access then opens to nation founding, alliances, bounties, and war. Nations gain or lose standing through activity, with inactive empires fading and active groups filling the political vacuum.
Custom systems include knockout and capture mechanics, public diplomatic records, formal war rules, diamond-based Citadel reinforcement for defensive builds, custom world generation, Auto Tree Chop, and Simple Voice Chat.
The world is built around lasting political consequences. Players claim influence through what they construct, and major conflicts can permanently change the map. Custom terrain shapes exploration, while the Nether uses Incendium generation with tall terrain, large cave systems, varied biomes, an open roof, and a separate border.
Combat uses a knockout system. A player who reaches zero health can be revived by allies or captured and taken to an enemy-built prison, with escape remaining possible. Consensual Honorable Duels use limited looting, while Total War requires a formal declaration, includes a grace period, and allows full looting. Capturing an enemy capital can decide a war.
The server uses a player-driven economy connected to nations, diplomacy, bounties, and resource control. Economic influence comes from what players gather, build, trade, protect, and use to support their governments rather than from a simple server-wide rank ladder.
The community is organized around nations, alliances, rival governments, treaties, bounties, and public political decisions. The server suits players who enjoy creating a shared history with consequences that remain visible after individual fights are over.
New players receive an opening period with protection from wider conflict. Honorable Duels require consent, while Total War follows formal declarations and a grace period. Political agreements and other formal acts are kept public, making diplomacy and declared intent part of the server's rules of engagement.
Total War requires a formal declaration and grace period, permits full looting, and can be decided by capturing a capital.
At zero health, players can be revived by allies or captured by enemies rather than immediately dying normally.
Alliances, peace terms, treaties, bounties, betrayals, and other formal political acts are kept publicly recorded.
Enemies can capture knocked-out players and take them to enemy-built prisons, where rescue or escape remains possible.
The Nether uses Incendium generation with vertical terrain, caves, varied biomes, an open roof, and its own border.
Captured players held in enemy prisons can escape, while allies may also attempt to rescue them.
Settlers receive an opening period of roughly 24 hours to explore, gather resources, and establish themselves before nation warfare opens.
Players can agree to Honorable Duels with limited looting, separate from the server’s formal Total War rules.
Diamond-based Citadel reinforcement is used to improve defensive builds within the server’s nation-based warfare system.
Newly established nations can choose a government while organizing settlements, recruiting allies, and managing political activity.
Nations and players can set bounties as part of diplomacy, rivalry, and wider geopolitical competition.
Breaking the base of a tree fells the whole tree, so gathering wood takes much less effort.

History of Glory SMP
The current Glory SMP identity appeared publicly in May 2026 under the Glorious Conquest name, presenting a persistent geopolitical world built around nations, public diplomacy, formal wars, and lasting changes to the map.
A major early expansion rebuilt the Nether with Incendium generation, vertical terrain, caves, varied biomes, an open roof, and its own world border. This gave the server a more dangerous second theater for exploration, conflict, and resource competition.
