About FroggySMP
FroggySMP is a Java-and-Bedrock survival world built around long-term bases, protected land, and player-run towns or nations. You can keep PvP optional, trade through the auction house, and shape the economy through shops, farming, fishing, and player deals.
The server adds plenty of personality without turning survival into a minigame hub. Custom enchantments, furniture, hats, skills, fishing systems, family features, crates, and cosmetic rewards sit on top of a familiar SMP foundation.
What Makes It Different
FroggySMP mixes a relaxed claimed-land SMP with unusually strong home-decorating and social features. Furniture, hats, fishing, marriage, family commands, nations, and optional PvP make the world feel more like a shared community than a simple survival map.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Claimed territory is a major part of building and protection.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
Community survival multiplayer is the main format.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Player trading, auctions, shops, fishing sales, and currency are central systems.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
The server is fundamentally a long-term survival world.
Use /rtp to reach wilderness, then claim land with the Lands system. Players can resize claims, create multiple lands, and group territory into nations. Warps, multiple homes, teleport commands, auctions, and player-made shops make everyday travel and trading practical.
Progression comes from skills, custom enchantments, fishing, crate rewards, and regular gameplay rather than only from buying ranks. XP can be used for enchantment books, while fishing has its own weighing and selling systems. Rewards and keys add extra goals beyond ordinary gear upgrades.
Custom content includes enchantments, fishing mechanics, furniture, hats, cosmetic packs, skills, family and marriage commands, crate rewards, and server-themed items. Much of the decorative content is designed for homes and player-built areas.
The survival world uses custom generation, custom biomes, and a large playable border. Players can build towns, connect land through nations, rent or manage property, and decorate bases with furniture made through the server's cosmetic systems.
PvP is allowed but not forced. Players can walk away, teleport, or avoid fights. Crystal PvP, anchor spam, bed bombs, repeated harassment kills, traps, and claim abuse are banned. Griefing, stealing, TNT, lava, fire, and build damage are not allowed.
The economy is largely player-driven. The auction house, player shops, fishing sales, and the in-game shop all support different ways to earn and spend money. A casino at /warp casino uses in-game currency rather than real-money gambling.
In-game and Discord giveaways are recurring parts of the server. Lilypad, OG, and Tadpole rank giveaways are held multiple times a week, and support milestones can trigger server-wide key drops.
The community is aimed at builders, farmers, explorers, and PvPers who want a friendly shared world. Players can create nations, run shops, cooperate on builds, or simply keep a private base. Discord tickets are used for support and player reports.
The rules protect both peaceful and competitive play. No griefing, stealing, harassment, cheating, advantage mods, duping, economy abuse, AFK farming, or lag machines. Fair minimaps and shaders are allowed, while x-ray, autoclickers, tracker tools, teleport mods, and similar advantages are forbidden. Rules apply in-game and on Discord.
The official store sells ranks, backpack upgrades, kits and spawner keys, crate keys, items, furniture, tags, and FrogCoin. Paid ranks mainly provide commands and cosmetic perks. Nicknames, prefixes, and chat colors can be customized without purchasing a rank, and the server presents its paid features as non-pay-to-win.

History of FroggySMP
FroggySMP was running by August 14, 2025, under the FroggySMP name. Its early public setup already centered on survival multiplayer, Java-and-Bedrock access, land protection, economy features, and a community-first style.
The server's feature set expanded around the survival world rather than replacing it. Land management grew into nations and more involved property systems, while custom enchantments, skills, fishing, furniture, cosmetics, and player auctions gave regular survival activities more depth.
By 2026, FroggySMP had settled into a small crossplay SMP with optional PvP, a detailed ruleset, recurring giveaways, and a mix of builders, farmers, explorers, and PvPers. The current experience is a protected but social survival world where players can build quietly, trade, decorate, or compete when they choose.
