Flumo keeps Minecraft close to vanilla and adds roleplay and cities on top. There are no claim plugins: the first player to settle a spot owns it, bases must sit at least 200 blocks apart, and the rules protect them from griefing. PvP only happens when everyone in the fight agrees.
Cities can set their own local laws once admins approve them, and small roleplay disputes go to in-game courts, though nobody has to roleplay. Villager trades are reworked, so librarian books depend on the biome. Flumo is in Russian, for Java Edition, and has no donation shop.
What Makes It Different
Land is claimed only by settling it first and kept safe by the rules, not by a claim plugin, and cities write their own local laws.

Vanilla survival is the main way to play.
You find a free spot at least 200 blocks from other bases, settle it and build. Later you can join or found a city, trade with villagers and take part in roleplay if you want to.
A few extra crafts join vanilla items, including handcuffs, an easel and canvas for painting, invisible item frames and an adjustable invisible light block.
Attacking or killing someone without a reason is not allowed. PvP is fine when every player in the fight agrees, and nobody may interfere in other players' fights.
Villager trades are rebalanced: librarians sell set enchanted books based on their biome, master armorers sell iron blocks, and wandering traders are cheaper and also buy items.
Cities can make their own laws as long as they fit the server rules and admins approve them. Minor roleplay problems are settled in in-game courts.
No griefing or building on someone else's land, no attacks without a reason, and no cheats, x-ray, macros or auto-clickers. You register in game and link your account through the Flumo Discord before playing.
