About Halsir MC
Halsir is a lore-driven survival Minecraft server where the world has a persistent history and an official canon maintained by staff. Players join a world that already has a story, can found religions without mechanical authority, and build within a survival setting that enforces land claims to prevent griefing. The server emphasizes community consent in roleplay and offers daily voting rewards for player progression.
What Makes It Different
Halsir's official canon takes precedence over player-created lore, ensuring a consistent world narrative. Its consent-based roleplay rule prevents forced story elements on other players, making deep roleplay safe and collaborative.
Roleplay is Minecraft gameplay where players act as characters in a shared fictional world and make choices from those characters’ perspectives.
First-party evidence highlights an official canon, player-founded religions, and a consent rule enabling deep roleplay.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Rules specify a 150-block minimum distance between claims, with local rules in towns and shared areas.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The server's title and description identify it as an SMP (Survival Multiplayer) server.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
The server is explicitly described as a lore-driven survival world across multiple first-party sources.
Players engage in survival gameplay with a focus on building and exploration, protected by a land claim system requiring at least 150 blocks between claims. In towns and shared areas, local rules govern spacing and construction. Griefing and raiding are prohibited, and the server promotes a respectful, harassment-free environment for all activities.
Progression is driven by daily voting on five external listing sites, which rewards players with in-game items and ranks. These rewards help new players establish themselves and contribute to the world's growth. Land claims and community involvement also mark advancement within the server's persistent narrative.
The Halsir world maintains a persistent history and an official canon that cannot be overwritten by players. It is not a blank map but a world with a pre-existing story, including alliances, enemies, and obligations that outlast individual sessions. Players' creations become part of this ongoing narrative.
Halsir is free to play, supported by donations that cover server costs, website, and content updates. The official store, processed via Tebex, does not sell in-game advantages over other players, ensuring a fair experience for all.
Events are announced in the Halsir Discord community, where beta waves, access updates, and community activities are shared. The Discord serves as the primary hearth for announcements and the fastest way to reach staff.
The Halsir community emphasizes respect, consent, and collaboration. Public chat is moderated in English to ensure safe interaction, while direct messages allow any language. Players are encouraged to found religions and participate in roleplay without fear of forced narrative elements, fostering a creative and inclusive environment.
Halsir's rules are built on three essentials: treat everyone with kindness and empathy (Respect), prohibit cheats and exploits (Fair play), and respect volunteer staff. Gameplay specifics include a 150-block land claim distance, permission-based resource gathering, and English-only public chat. Lore rules establish an official canon, allow player-founded religions without authority, and require consent for any roleplay effects on other players.
