EnglishAbout CraftNepal
CraftNepal centers on seasonal survival in a vanilla-plus SMP, where players build bases, develop skills, use player shops, and improve through gameplay-based ranks. The server adds practical systems such as a live map, waypoints, timber, voice chat, Discord role syncing, and small vanilla tweaks without replacing Minecraft’s familiar survival foundation. Its survival world resets each year, giving every season a fresh start.
What Makes It Different
CraftNepal combines a lightly modified survival world with a deliberate yearly reset cycle. Skills, ranks, shops, waypoints, voice chat, and other convenience systems give each season more structure, while the reset keeps the world from becoming a permanently closed-off veteran economy.
Proximity voice chat lets Minecraft players speak through audio that becomes quieter or inaudible as their in-game characters move apart.
The server provides in-game voice communication in a 3D environment for players sharing nearby spaces.
Semi-Vanilla servers keep Minecraft’s ordinary survival progression while adding a limited set of server-specific changes around it.
CraftNepal preserves ordinary Minecraft survival while adding skills, ranks, shops, waypoints, timber, voice chat, and other tweaks.
Player Shops are player-run places or interfaces where players sell items to other players for currency or agreed trade goods.
Players can open marketplace shops to buy and sell gathered resources, farm output, and crafted goods.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Seasonal survival SMP is CraftNepal’s central playable experience, focused on gathering, building, exploration, and staying alive.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The server is explicitly presented as a multiplayer survival world where players build bases and progress together.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Buying and selling through the marketplace gives survival resources and crafted items an ongoing economic value.
The main experience is survival building and exploration with server-side quality-of-life additions. Players can use a live map, teleport through waypoints, cut whole trees with timber mechanics, communicate through in-game voice, and level skills such as mining and farming for extra abilities.
Progress comes from ordinary survival work alongside skills and an automated rank system. Mining, farming, and similar activities can improve skill levels and unlock abilities, while gameplay-based ranks provide a longer-term target within each season. Annual resets mean progression is seasonal rather than permanent across one world.
CraftNepal uses vanilla tweaks and datapacks to add changes such as timber tree cutting, special Elytra drops, armoured Elytra, waypoints, skills, ranks, and Discord synchronization. A Java-focused client modpack is also available for performance and visual improvements, but the server is presented as a normal Minecraft SMP rather than a mandatory modpack-only network.
The current live map exposes an Overworld, Nether, End, and a separate market world. Map tools include player locations, world navigation, and GriefPrevention markers for protected areas.
The server includes a marketplace where players can open shops to buy and sell items. That gives gathered resources, farm output, and crafted goods a social value beyond personal storage and lets players build around trade as well as survival.
CraftNepal is built around a Nepalese Minecraft community with Discord as an important social and support channel. The community server supports English, includes a help area, and synchronizes in-game roles with Discord.
The server’s guide covers practical survival rules and market-related help. Players can use Discord for questions and staff or community support when they need clarification.
A scheduled cycle periodically replaces or renews the active game world, creating fresh starts for player progression.
CraftNepal resets its survival world each year, making progression and the economy seasonal rather than permanent.
Whole-tree harvesting lets players collect connected logs through one streamlined action instead of breaking every trunk block separately.
CraftNepal’s timber mechanic allows players to cut whole trees, reducing the effort needed to gather building materials.
An online map that displays the current Minecraft world and helps players inspect locations, settlements, and geographic relationships.
CraftNepal’s web map shows the Overworld, Nether, End, market world, player locations, and protected-area markers.
Automatic rank promotion advances players through ordered ranks when they satisfy gameplay-based requirements without manual advancement.
CraftNepal uses an automated ranking system that promotes players through gameplay-based ranks during each survival season.
Waypoints mark selected locations and help players navigate back to important places across the Minecraft world.
CraftNepal provides waypoints for convenient travel around its survival worlds, complementing ordinary exploration and base building.
Armored Elytra are custom gliding equipment that combines Elytra flight with additional defensive properties.
CraftNepal includes special Elytra drops and armored Elytra among its server-side vanilla tweaks.
A market world is a separate game area dedicated to shops, commerce, trading, or related player economic activity.
CraftNepal provides a separate market world alongside the Overworld, Nether, and End for its player marketplace.
Discord role synchronization connects corresponding player roles or status between Minecraft and an associated Discord community.
CraftNepal synchronizes in-game roles with its Discord community, connecting gameplay status to the server’s social space.

History of CraftNepal
CraftNepal’s roots reach back to 2014 or 2015, when a small group of friends created the vanilla survival server myktmcraft. The server grew through the wider Minecraft community before becoming less active as interest declined.
In 2019, myktmcraft and the newer NepaliCrafters community were merged to form CraftNepal, creating a larger Nepal-based survival server. In 2021, CraftNepal introduced yearly Seasons of Minecraft Survival, making regular world resets part of its long-term format.
