About BLOX
BLOX puts a creator-led spin on competitive Minecraft by combining One Block progression with Battle Royale matches. Players can work through a custom block-based mode, then switch to faster fights where gathering gear, choosing engagements, and surviving to the end matter most.
What Makes It Different
BLOX connects One Block progression directly to competitive combat. Instead of choosing between a resource-gathering mode and a PvP mode, players get a server built around the contrast between building power from limited resources and using it under Battle Royale pressure.
Battle Royale is a match-based Minecraft mode where players or teams fight to be the last ones alive in a bounded arena.
Battle Royale is a core promoted mode built around bounded matches, equipment gathering, player combat, and surviving to the end.
OneBlock is a Minecraft mode built around repeatedly mining one regenerating block to gather resources and advance through phases.
One Block is a central progression mode based on advancing through a constrained resource loop and improving over time.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
Direct player combat is the defining activity in the server's Battle Royale matches.
The main gameplay split is between One Block and Battle Royale. One Block provides the longer resource and upgrade path, while Battle Royale delivers bounded matches built around quick preparation, player combat, and a last-survivor objective.
One Block is the server's main longer-form progression experience. Players advance through a constrained resource loop and improve their position over time, while Battle Royale offers shorter match-based progression through gear collection, eliminations, and winning rounds.
Custom One Block and Battle Royale modes are the main server-specific content. The network also receives creator-focused gameplay updates and experiments with unusual combat or item-based scenarios beyond standard vanilla survival.
BLOX is organized around mode-specific spaces rather than one conventional persistent survival world. One Block uses a constrained progression area, while Battle Royale takes place in prepared competitive arenas.
Battle Royale is the clearest PvP focus. Players gather equipment, decide when to fight, and try to outlast the other players in a bounded match. The server's creator videos also show custom combat scenarios and changing battle conditions rather than only standard survival combat.
Discord is the main social hub for BLOX. The network is closely tied to the BLOX creator channel and the Minecraft creators Wisp, Henwy, and ShadowApples, whose videos promote server gameplay and updates.
Fair play rules prohibit hacked clients, auto-clickers, macros, x-ray, unfair combat tools, and other modifications that provide an advantage. Cosmetic, performance, and selected HUD mods are allowed, while minimap features and building printers have additional restrictions.
The official store sells premium ranks, crates, and other server perks. Purchases support the network and provide optional cosmetic or progression-related benefits.
A hybrid mode combines OneBlock resource progression with a competitive battle royale match and last-survivor objective.
BLOX connects its constrained One Block progression directly to Battle Royale combat, making resource development part of its competitive experience.
History of BLOX
BLOX launched in December 2025 as a Battle Royale-focused Minecraft server promoted by Wisp. The network expanded its identity in April 2026 with the release of a One Block Battle Royale mode, making One Block progression part of its main gameplay rather than a separate survival-style feature.
