About AppleSMP
AppleSMP is a community-focused survival server for players who want to settle in rather than rush through another short season. You gather resources, build homes and towns, trade through player shops, take on jobs and quests, and protect your land with claims while the main world remains available for long-term projects.
What Makes It Different
The main world is designed around permanence, so bases, shops, farms, roads, and towns are meant to remain useful over time. Resource-focused worlds and a player-driven economy give players ways to gather and trade without turning the main world into a disposable reset cycle.
A persistent world is a Minecraft server world that keeps its player-made changes and ongoing progress across repeated visits.
The main world is explicitly designed not to reset, preserving bases, farms, roads, shops, and other player progress.
Player Shops are player-run places or interfaces where players sell items to other players for currency or agreed trade goods.
Players can operate shops and exchange gathered or crafted resources through a player-driven marketplace.
Semi-Vanilla servers keep Minecraft’s ordinary survival progression while adding a limited set of server-specific changes around it.
The server preserves ordinary survival progression while adding claims, jobs, quests, economy systems, cosmetics, and quality-of-life features.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Mining, farming, crafting, exploration, building, gear progression, and hostile-mob combat form the core gameplay loop.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The server centers on shared multiplayer survival, where players build homes, towns, shops, and long-term projects together.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Jobs, currency, trading, player shops, voting rewards, and long-term resource exchange make the economy a substantial progression system.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Land claims and protected areas are central to the server's anti-griefing survival structure.
AppleSMP keeps the familiar survival loop of mining, farming, crafting, exploration, building, and fighting hostile mobs, then adds claims, jobs, quests, trading, player shops, menus, and quality-of-life systems. The server is aimed at relaxed multiplayer play rather than forcing everyone into one competitive path.
Players improve through ordinary survival gear and construction, then build longer-term progress through jobs, quests, economy activity, voting, ranks, and continued work on permanent bases. Resource worlds provide additional places to gather materials while the main world remains focused on settlement and community development.
Server additions include land claims, jobs, quests, menus, player shops, cosmetics, crates, ranks, vote rewards, and a browser-based live map. These systems add convenience and goals without replacing the basic survival progression.
The main survival world is intended to remain in place for long-term building and settlement. AppleSMP also uses resource-focused worlds for gathering, with a live map available for exploring the shared world.
PvP is presented as optional or toggleable rather than the central purpose of the server. The rules emphasize a protected, non-griefing survival environment, making AppleSMP a better fit for players who want to choose when combat becomes part of their play.
Jobs provide a way to earn money from activities such as mining, building, farming, or hunting. Players can spend and trade through player shops and other server economy features, while voting and community activity provide additional rewards.
Community events and voting activities give players occasional shared objectives beyond normal building and survival. Events are part of the server's social side rather than a separate competitive network of minigames.
The server is built around a family-friendly community with Discord support, community chat, announcements, events, and support tickets. Players can build towns, run shops, trade, share builds, or play quietly without being pushed into a single style.
Respectful behavior is required, including no harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, NSFW content, griefing, stealing, cheating, x-ray, exploits, item duplication, or unfair external tools. Claims and a 160-block protection radius are part of the server's land-protection rules. Farms should not create excessive lag, players are limited to one alternate account unless a household is validated, and chance-based games must display their odds clearly.
The official store sells ranks, rank upgrades, cosmetic coins, crate keys, cosmetics, and gift cards. Purchases are presented as server support and quality-of-life or cosmetic additions rather than direct changes to the core survival experience.
Toggleable PvP lets players enable or disable their participation in direct player combat according to server rules.
AppleSMP presents PvP as optional or toggleable, allowing players to pursue relaxed survival without being forced into constant player combat.
Resource worlds are designated dimensions or maps intended for renewable gathering while helping preserve another world for construction.
AppleSMP provides resource-focused worlds for gathering materials while its persistent main world remains oriented toward settlements and long-term builds.
Player towns are community settlements where players organize homes, shared spaces, and development around a common local identity.
AppleSMP encourages players to build towns and shared settlements within the persistent main world, alongside homes, roads, farms, and shops.
