On AdenoraMC your first job is a base. You place generators, earn money from them and build up your defences, because rival teams will come to raid you. GenPvP Season 1 is the main mode right now, and a guide on the official site walks new players through setup, defence and raids.
The server also runs Skyblock, where you train minions on your island, plus Survival and BoxPvP. Everything is in Turkish and you play on Java Edition. The site says the economy is fair, with no pay-to-win items.
