About SentrySMP
SentrySMP is a survival server built around player markets, jobs, auctions, and social play. You can earn money through work and trades, then spend it in a player-driven economy. Vote rewards, crates, bounties, and an AFK zone add extra ways to stay involved.
What Makes It Different
SentrySMP splits its focus between an economy-heavy survival world and a dedicated Practice server. You can build up a long-term SMP profile, then switch to ranked or unranked combat without leaving the network.
Jobs is a progression system that rewards players for repeatedly performing defined Minecraft activities, such as mining, farming, fishing, building, or hunting mobs.
Players earn progression and money through defined jobs, with skills providing an additional development path.
Practice servers let players repeatedly train and test specific Minecraft skills in short, controlled challenges rather than build toward long-term world progression.
A dedicated Practice server provides repeated combat training through several controlled duel and movement modes.
Player Shops are player-run places or interfaces where players sell items to other players for currency or agreed trade goods.
Player shops and markets are explicit parts of the server's player-driven trading economy.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
The main server is a persistent survival world involving resource gathering, building, crafting, and exploration.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
SMP is the primary shared-world experience, with players developing bases, wealth, and social connections together.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Jobs, trades, auctions, shops, markets, and money-based progression make the economy central to the server.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
The network offers bounties, contests, tournaments, free-for-all activities, and multiple direct-combat modes.
The main SMP combines survival with jobs, skills, auctions, shops, player markets, vote rewards, crates, bounties, and AFK rewards. A separate Practice server offers focused PvP training instead of making survival players use the same world for every activity.
Jobs and skills give players a way to develop beyond ordinary resource gathering. Money earned from work, trades, or selling items can be pushed back into the market, while kits, crates, and battle-pass rewards provide additional progression paths.
Custom systems include jobs, skills, bounties, vote crates, battle passes, an AFK zone, proximity voice chat, and a separate Practice network with custom duel maps.
The main game is a survival world with an End dimension used for major events. The first End Fight event centered on defeating the Ender Dragon and escaping with the Dragon Egg.
The SMP includes PvP activities, contests, tournaments, free-for-all events, and bounties. Practice supports 1v1, Boxing, Sumo, Bridge, ranked duels, and unranked duels on custom maps.
The economy is driven by jobs, player trades, auctions, shops, and player markets. The auction house is suited to rare or valuable items, while shops give players a more direct way to sell goods.
Events include PvP contests, tournaments, free-for-all activities, KeyAll reward drops, and End fights. The End Fight event enabled keep-inventory and awarded a special prize to the player who carried out the Dragon Egg.
SentrySMP supports a European player community with players from multiple countries. Proximity voice chat encourages nearby communication, while Discord tickets provide the main support channel.
The official shop offers keys, coins, ranks, battle passes, bundles, and other paid items. The server also provides vote rewards and free-to-play crates.
An auction house lets players list items for sale and buy goods through a shared market interface.
SentrySMP uses auctions for rare or valuable items, complementing its shops, trades, and broader player-driven market.
An End fight is an organized challenge centered on defeating the Ender Dragon and competing for objectives or rewards in the End.
SentrySMP staged an End Fight after initially closing the End, featuring the Ender Dragon and a Dragon Egg prize.
Ranked duels are repeatable one-on-one or small-team PvP matches where results contribute to comparative competitive standing.
The Practice server offers ranked duels in addition to unranked matches, allowing players to compete in a structured combat ladder.
Battle passes organize time-limited or seasonal progression into reward tracks that players advance by completing gameplay activities.
SentrySMP offers battle passes as an additional progression path alongside jobs, skills, crates, and economy-based advancement.
Bridge duels combine combat with rapid block placement and route control while opponents compete across a gap or toward an objective.
The Practice server offers Bridge matches, adding block-placement movement challenges to its combat lineup.
Bounties place rewards on players, creating targeted combat objectives beyond ordinary encounters and general player hunting.
SentrySMP includes bounties as a PvP activity, giving players an additional reason to target opponents in the SMP.
Loot crates are randomized reward containers that players open to receive items, resources, equipment, or other server-defined prizes.
SentrySMP provides vote crates and other crates, with free-to-play rewards supplemented by purchasable keys and related items.
Player skills are individually developed abilities or attributes that improve as players perform activities or invest in progression.
SentrySMP uses skills alongside jobs to let players progress beyond ordinary survival resource gathering.
Sumo duels challenge players to knock opponents from a confined platform using movement, spacing, and carefully timed attacks.
SentrySMP's Practice network includes Sumo as a specialized duel format on custom maps.
Boxing duels are combat matches focused on repeated melee hits, movement, spacing, and knockback control between opponents.
Boxing is one of the dedicated duel formats available on SentrySMP's Practice server.
AFK rewards grant players benefits for remaining connected while inactive, subject to the server's own timing and eligibility rules.
SentrySMP includes an AFK zone that provides an additional way for players to stay involved and receive rewards.
Unranked duels are repeatable combat matches played without affecting a competitive rating or formal ranked standing.
SentrySMP's Practice server provides unranked duels for focused combat sessions separate from ranked competition.
