EnglishAbout Rooted Realm
Last updated
Rooted Realm is a whitelisted Java survival SMP with a world that never resets. There is no /rtp or /spawn here. Instead, two-way portals at spawn carry you to outposts in different biomes, and you settle down at least 250 blocks from your neighbours unless they say otherwise.
Diamonds are the money. Earn a few, then open a themed shop in the market or buy from someone else's, using the price index to check what things are worth. A resetting resource world keeps the main map pretty, weekly events bring everyone together, and a separate creative server lets you test a build before you gather the blocks.
What Makes It Different
Travel works through biome-themed portal outposts instead of random teleports, and the market only allows themed shops, so every stall sells something different.
A whitelisted community SMP with one long-term shared world.
A diamond economy with a themed player market and price index.
Semi-vanilla survival with portals to biome outposts and a resource world.
Pick a portal at spawn, find a spot in a biome you like and build. Mine heavily in the resource world, then sell or trade your goods for diamonds.
You start as a Wanderer. Vote for the server for three days, or rank up through the vote shop, to become a Settler and unlock the market and the Arcade, where players build their own games.
The main world never resets. A separate resource world for mining resets regularly, and there is no claim plugin, so players mark their own land.
Diamonds are the only money. Settlers can take a 15x15 market plot for a themed shop, main street plots go by auction, and a price index lists minimum prices for items.
Weekly events include build contests and community challenges, and holiday crates appear for Christmas, Easter and Halloween.
Keep at least 250 blocks from other players unless they agree, and give every farm an on/off switch so staff can stop it if it lags the server.
The store sells crate keys, ranks and extra vaults. Buying a rank or a global key also gives a key to everyone online.
Weekly events include build contests and community challenges, with crate keys among the prizes.
Settlers take 15x15 plots in the market for themed shops, and main street plots are sold by auction.
You apply with a short form before joining, which the team uses to keep trolls out.
There is no claim plugin, so you mark your own area and keep 250 blocks from others unless they agree.
Rooted keys come from voting and quests, while Specialty crates change theme each month and seasonal crates arrive for holidays.
A separate overworld for heavy mining resets regularly, so the main map stays free of holes.
Every price is in diamonds, and an online price index lists the minimum price for each item.
The main survival world is never wiped, so bases, shops and farms stay for good.
Best Time to Play
Rooted Realm is busiest around 20:00 UTC and quietest around 05:00 UTC, based on recent player activity.
