About MineSuperior
MineSuperior is a multi-mode Minecraft network built around enhanced survival gameplay. Players can settle bases, build towns, grow Skyblock islands, fight for stolen hearts, or explore custom dungeons with quests and bosses.
What Makes It Different
MineSuperior lets players move between several very different survival styles without leaving the same network. Town-building, island management, dungeon adventures and high-risk Lifesteal combat all share connected progression and community spaces.
Towny is a settlement system where players found towns, claim land, and control how residents use it.
Town-building, nations, claims and a player economy define a major network mode.
Lifesteal is a Minecraft PvP survival mode where player kills and deaths change a player’s maximum health.
Lifesteal is a central mode built around PvP and stolen hearts.
Dungeons are structured Minecraft challenges where players explore connected rooms, fight hostile mobs, overcome hazards, and reach a final encounter or objective.
The network includes a dedicated quest-and-dungeon mode with bosses and custom areas.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Enhanced Survival is one of the network's main permanent modes.
Skyblock is a Minecraft mode where players develop a floating island while gathering and multiplying scarce resources above the void.
Skyblock is a permanent mode with islands, upgrades, missions and seasonal content.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
PvP is central to Lifesteal and also appears in Towny zones, Skyblock arenas and KOTH.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Jobs, money, shops, ranks, auctions and mode-specific markets shape progression.
Custom Items are server-created weapons, tools, armor, or usable objects with abilities or properties beyond Minecraft’s standard items.
Custom enchants, fishing items, cosmetics, spawners, skill plumes and combat gear are important parts of play.
Players begin in a central hub and choose between Survival, Towny, Skyblock, Lifesteal and Dungeons. Global commands let players move between servers, while player warps provide quick access to community shops, islands and towns.
Survival progression combines quests, McMMO skills, jobs, custom enchants and spawner unlocks. Towny players earn money, rank up and unlock the ability to create towns. Skyblock uses island upgrades, missions, value rankings and shared island storage. Dungeons uses quests, loot and four upgradeable combat skills. Lifesteal progression includes hearts, kill rewards, player levels and Heart Prestiges.
Custom content includes enchantments, pets, collectible cosmetics, tags, emojis, plushies, custom spawner systems, player progression menus and a dedicated fishing world on Skyblock. Dungeons adds custom gear, skill plumes, merchants, blacksmiths and quest items.
Towny uses a large overworld with a 60,000 by 60,000 border, plus Nether, End and resource worlds. Survival returned to custom world generation in Season 5. Dungeons connects eight overworld biomes to custom dungeon areas, each with its own enemies, quests and points of interest. Seasonal Lifesteal and Skyblock worlds reset as new seasons begin.
Lifesteal is the most dangerous mode, with no claims or keep inventory and with raiding allowed. Death removes a heart, while kills provide hearts that increase maximum health. Season 3 added KOTH objectives, a warzone, Spears and kill-based rewards. Towny has separate PvP and no-PvP claims, while Skyblock includes a PvP arena and envoy fights.
Money comes from jobs, farming, mining, selling items and player shops. Towny has a player-driven economy with towns, nations, chest shops and an auction house. Skyblock and Lifesteal also use shops, spawners, crates and progression rewards to support base building and trading.
Recurring activities include Pinata Parties, Drop Parties, Mob Arena events, Envoys, boss fights, KOTH battles, collections challenges and End of the World events before seasonal resets.
The network is centered on English public chat, Discord support, player warps, towns, nations, shops and cooperative islands. Java and Bedrock players can play through the same network, although Dungeons is not supported on Bedrock.
Global rules prohibit cheating, punishment evasion, staff deception, harassment and harmful griefing. Public chat is moderated in English. Towny and Survival claims must be continuous, and griefing protections extend around claimed areas. Towny limits income-generating accounts, bans AFK crop farming and restricts claim boosting. Lifesteal bans using alternate accounts to farm hearts or kills.
The official store sells global memberships, ranks, rank upgrades, coins, bundles, cosmetics and mode-specific packages. Some paid ranks provide quality-of-life perks, extra jobs, homes, vaults and claim capacity. Skyblock paid kits can include enchanted diamond or netherite gear, and paid Lifesteal and Survival packages can affect progression.
History of MineSuperior
The network’s earlier lineage began as ReactiveMC, active by late 2013. Its early identity was built around competitive and creative play, including factions, prison, KitPvP, creative building and minigames.
By January 2015, the network dates its start as MineSuperior. ReactiveMC became the predecessor identity associated with the newer network, linking the two names as part of the same lineage rather than separate servers.
Over time, MineSuperior developed beyond its original competitive focus into a broader multi-mode network. Its current lineup includes Towny, Survival, Dungeons, Skyblock and Lifesteal, combining community-building, progression, combat and challenge-based gameplay.
Survival became a progression-focused experience with land claims, jobs, quests, McMMO and pets. Custom enchants, custom world generation and a progression-based spawner system added further layers to its long-term gameplay.
Towny continued to change as the network expanded. In the June 2026 update, its world border increased from 40,000 by 40,000 to 60,000 by 60,000. The Nether, End and resource worlds were also reset as part of that transition.
Dungeons introduced a distinct upgrade path through four skills: health, regeneration, critical chance and critical damage. This gave the mode a focused progression system separate from the network’s town and survival experiences.
Events became another continuing part of MineSuperior’s identity. Pinata Parties, Drop Parties, Mob Arena activities, Envoys, boss fights and KOTH provide recurring competitive and cooperative activities, while seasonal End of the World events mark larger moments in the network’s calendar.
Today, MineSuperior carries forward the legacy of ReactiveMC as a multi-mode network. Its identity now rests on the combination of established competitive roots, expanded survival progression, town-building, specialized dungeons and recurring events.
