About HappySMP
HappySMP is a relaxed Survival SMP for Java and Bedrock players. Claims protect your builds, while homes, teleport requests, teams, an auction house, and server shops make everyday play easier.
Its standout feature is rank progression. New players begin unranked and work upward through gameplay, unlocking useful commands instead of needing to buy every convenience. PvP can be toggled, so the server leans toward protected community survival rather than constant combat.
The network also includes cosmetics, tickets, furniture additions, seasonal content, and optional store upgrades. It suits players who want a social survival world with more structure than vanilla Minecraft.
What Makes It Different
HappySMP makes ranking up part of normal Survival. You begin unranked and earn useful commands through play, while claims and PvP controls keep the world calmer than an open combat server.
RankUP servers make advancing through an ordered series of in-game ranks the main progression goal.

The main community hub is Discord, with support, tickets, staff contact, and social spaces for players. English is required in public chat and in-game.
Spam, hate speech, impersonation, inappropriate content, unauthorized hacks or scripts, advertising, and scams are prohibited. Players are expected to respect staff decisions and use tickets for appeals or problems.
The official store sells ranks, tickets, cosmetics, and upgrades. Store perks include convenience features such as extra homes, vaults, auction listings, chest shops, and utility commands. Earnable ranks are also part of the normal progression system.

History of HappySMP
HappySMP’s community dates to December 10, 2023. By October 2024, the Minecraft network was operating through play.happysmp.net with a Survival focus and a community-first approach.
The server’s early design combined protected building with a more guided survival experience. Land claims reduced the risk to bases, while economy tools, player trading, and team features gave players reasons to build connections instead of playing entirely alone.
Rank progression became the main long-term hook. Players start unranked and work through the server to unlock commands and conveniences that are often sold as paid perks elsewhere. This gave ordinary survival play a clearer sense of advancement.
As the network developed, it added support for both Java and Bedrock players and built out a storefront covering ranks, tickets, cosmetics, and upgrades. Seasonal terms distinguish temporary items and perks from retained ranks, cosmetics, and tickets.
Recent updates have focused on the survival world itself, including new furniture content and larger update announcements. Today, HappySMP combines claim-based Survival, rank-up progression, an active Discord community, and crossplay access in one fairly approachable SMP.
