About Global Towny
Global Towny centers Minecraft around founding towns, expanding nations, managing land, and building a long-term economy. Its first season combines protected Towny settlement play with quests, jobs, RPG skills, factories, custom items, player trading, and a separate PvP war zone, while a web panel lets players manage parts of their town and market outside the game.
What Makes It Different
Global Towny treats its website as part of the game rather than only a store or news page. Players can inspect shops, manage town finances, review plots, follow battle-pass progress, participate in property trading, and handle political or siege decisions through web tools that connect back to the Minecraft world.
Towny is a settlement system where players found towns, claim land, and control how residents use it.
Founding towns, managing plots, collecting taxes, forming nations, and building protected settlements are the server’s central gameplay loop.
Quests are tracked Minecraft objectives that direct players to complete specific tasks or a connected sequence of tasks.
The server provides more than 150 chained quests with tracked objectives and rewards.
Jobs is a progression system that rewards players for repeatedly performing defined Minecraft activities, such as mining, farming, fishing, building, or hunting mobs.
Twelve jobs reward recurring activities including mining, hunting, fishing, and building.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Money, jobs, shops, auctions, player markets, quick-sell tools, and trading are substantial parts of progression.
Custom Items are server-created weapons, tools, armor, or usable objects with abilities or properties beyond Minecraft’s standard items.
The server adds more than 500 custom items, equipment tiers, tools, armor, devices, furniture, and cosmetic objects.
A persistent world is a Minecraft server world that keeps its player-made changes and ongoing progress across repeated visits.
The main Towny world is designed to preserve towns, borders, roads, and player builds rather than routinely reset them.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
A separate permanent war zone provides player combat, loot drops, kill rewards, and a leaderboard.
Player Shops are player-run places or interfaces where players sell items to other players for currency or agreed trade goods.
Players can operate shops and markets, with listings connected to web-based trade search tools.
The main world uses Towny for founding settlements, claiming plots, collecting taxes, managing permissions, forming nations, and signing alliances. A permanent protected world holds towns and builds, while a separate resource world handles mining and resets on a schedule. Players can also use NPCs, warps, quests, jobs, player markets, cosmetics, furniture, pets, and custom mobs.
Progress comes through chained quests, jobs, RPG skills, battle-pass rewards, playtime rewards, blacksmith upgrades, and increasingly advanced equipment. The technology layer adds more than 200 machines for power, smelting, automation, and production chains. Players can also develop pets, cosmetics, minions, custom tools, armor, and other items beyond vanilla Minecraft.
The server adds more than 200 machines, over 500 custom items, custom mobs, blacksmith equipment tiers, pets, minions, furniture, cosmetics, tags, dual-horse support, custom fishing, and a server-wide dragon-slayer encounter. The optional GlobalTowny client bundles server-specific modules, performance tools, HUD features, shaders, and visual utilities.
Global Towny divides play between a lobby, a permanent Towny main world, a scheduled-reset resource world, and a permanent war zone. The main world is intended to preserve towns, borders, roads, and player builds rather than routinely resetting them. A browser-based 3D map shows towns, terrain, and construction from above.
The dedicated war zone separates high-risk combat from ordinary town life. It has permanent PvP, loot drops, kill rewards, and a leaderboard, while the wider server roadmap includes scheduled sieges so attacks can be arranged around a defined window. PvP-related client features and combat information are also included in the optional custom client.
Players earn money through jobs, quests, selling resources, shops, auctions, and other server activities. The server includes an auction house, categorized GUI shops, a player market, a quick-sell hub, and a web-based trade search. A separate coin currency is sold through the store and can be used for crate sets and player-market trading.
Supported activities include the dragon-slayer boss event, fishing tournaments, war-zone activities, clan challenges, seasonal battle-pass objectives, and launch-period rewards. The server also advertises weekly events and prize activities tied to its Towny, PvP, and economy systems.
Towns, nations, alliances, player shops, and planned parliamentary voting give the community shared political and economic roles. Players can use the official Discord for support and server communication, while web profiles, town pages, rankings, and market tools connect community activity to the game world.
Cheating, exploit abuse, harassment, spamming, and attempts to disrupt the server are prohibited. The published terms state that serious violations can result in permanent account termination, and the in-game /kurallar command provides access to the server rules.
The official store sells timed ranks, crate keys, coin bundles, boosters, cosmetics, season-pass products, flight permissions, and permanent gear sets. Rank perks include extra homes, auction slots, Towny plots, outposts, island area, flight, cosmetics, and convenience commands. Store purchases are delivered to the player's Minecraft account after payment confirmation.
A war zone is a designated area where higher-risk player conflict is separated from safer settlement or survival spaces.
Global Towny provides a permanent war zone with unrestricted PvP, loot drops, kill rewards, and a leaderboard.
Industrial automation uses machines, production chains, and connected systems to process resources with progressively greater efficiency.
Global Towny includes more than 200 machines supporting power generation, smelting, automation, and interconnected production chains.
A scheduled resource world is a separate gathering dimension or map that resets periodically to refresh mining and exploration resources.
Global Towny separates resource gathering into a scheduled-reset resource world while its main Towny world remains permanent.
Web town management lets players inspect or administer settlement information and decisions through browser-based tools connected to the server.
Global Towny’s web platform supports town finances, plot reviews, municipal management, town pages, and related settlement tools.
RPG skills let players improve specialized abilities through repeated activities, creating character progression beyond ordinary equipment upgrades.
Players develop RPG skills alongside quests, jobs, battle-pass rewards, equipment progression, and other advancement systems.
A dragon-slayer encounter is a powerful dragon-themed PvE challenge requiring players to coordinate combat against a major enemy.
Global Towny advertises a server-wide dragon-slayer boss encounter among its organized activities and custom content.
An auction house lets players list items for sale and buy goods through a shared market interface.
The server provides an auction house alongside GUI shops, player markets, quick-sell tools, and web trade search.
