About Feather64
Feather64 puts survival construction and player conflict in the same unprotected world. Build and automate, explore for resources, enchant for combat, or keep your base and valuables hidden from players who may raid or grief them. The server currently runs as a small-scale Purpur survival community at feather64.net.
What Makes It Different
Feather64 makes vulnerability the central survival mechanic. There are no ordinary claims protecting the bases, farms and resources that players spend time building, so concealment, scouting, raiding and retaliation matter alongside conventional survival progression.
Raiding is attacking another player’s base to breach its defenses, reach its valuables, and weaken or destroy its ability to operate.
Raiding is directly advertised as a core activity, with players attacking exposed bases and taking or destroying resources.
Anarchy is a Minecraft server style where players operate under very few enforced rules, leaving survival and conflict largely in player hands.
No ordinary protection combined with intended griefing, raiding, and player-driven conflict creates an anarchy-style survival environment despite anti-cheat rules.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The server is explicitly presented as a survival SMP where players develop bases and resources alongside one another.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Feather64 centers on gathering, farming, exploration, construction, automation, enchanting, and staying equipped in a dangerous player-shared world.
PvP is Minecraft gameplay centered on direct combat between players.
Player combat is an intended activity, and the rules specifically regulate combat advantages such as kill aura, reach hacks, and auto-totem.
The main activities are gathering resources, traveling and exploring, designing builds, automating farms, enchanting equipment, and defending or attacking player-made bases. Griefing and raiding are presented as intended parts of the server rather than accidental side effects, making hiding valuable resources and choosing where to build important decisions.
Progression follows a familiar survival path from gathering and farming through automation, construction and enchanting. Better equipment expands a player's ability to explore, defend a base or take part in PvP, while accumulated resources remain exposed to raids and destruction.
The server runs on Purpur 26.1.2. WorldEdit experimentation is part of Feather64's documented history, and the official site also links F64Pack, MapArt and ReFrame resources connected with the server.
Feather64 is built around a no-protection survival world. Bases, farms and stored resources are meant to be concealed and defended through player choices instead of ordinary land claims or region protection.
PvP is part of the advertised gameplay, alongside raiding and griefing. The rules target unfair advantages including kill aura, reach hacks, X-ray, ESP, auto-totem, auto-armor, and automated or impossible block placement, leaving combat and destruction as player-driven activities rather than hacked-client contests.
A lobby world previously helped Feather64 reach a 94-player online record, substantially above its current small-community scale.
The website highlights staff, monthly Supporters and a Most Active Players ranking based on playtime during the previous three weeks. Activity scores run from 1 to 5, with eight online hours per week corresponding to score 3. Staff also use a Discord #ask-a-question channel to help new players and answer server questions.
Legitimate PvP, raiding and griefing are central to the server, but hacked-client combat, X-ray and ESP are prohibited. The rules also prohibit automated combat actions such as auto-totem and auto-armor, along with abnormal or automated block placement. Staff are expected to help new players rather than use their roles to assist personal griefing or raiding.
Feather64 accepts donations to help maintain the server and community. Its website separates Donors from monthly Supporters, and the donation portal includes a public funding goal plus annual top-donor records reaching back to 2019.
A server rule leaves player-built areas without automatic claims or protected regions, allowing others to interact with or damage them.
Feather64 provides no ordinary protection for bases, farms, or stored resources, so players must choose locations and defenses themselves.
Griefing-allowed servers permit players to damage or alter other players’ unprotected builds, making security and location choices strategically important.
Feather64 explicitly treats griefing as intended gameplay, meaning player construction can be damaged alongside raiding and PvP.
Anti-cheat rules prohibit software, combat assistance, or abnormal actions that give players unintended advantages over others.
Feather64 prohibits kill aura, reach hacks, X-ray, ESP, auto-totem, auto-armor, and automated or impossible block placement.
Automated farms use redstone or server-supported machinery to produce renewable resources with reduced manual collection and processing.
Players can automate farms as part of Feather64’s survival progression, improving resource production alongside gathering and construction.
An activity leaderboard ranks players according to measured participation over a defined period, such as playtime or activity points.
Feather64’s Most Active Players ranking evaluates playtime from the previous three weeks on a 1-to-5 activity scale.
