About DogeFun.net
DogeFun.net centers its current play around a Towny Survival server where players gather resources, build settlements, protect their land, and spend server currencies on useful abilities. The network also has a secret-filled hub, voting rewards, community events, and additional Skyblock, Creative, and Games components that are still being developed.
What Makes It Different
DogeFun ties its Survival progression to a Doge-themed currency system instead of treating money as a background feature. Players can hunt secrets in the hub, vote for rewards, build Towny settlements, and spend DogePoints on unusual abilities such as portable workbenches, invisible item frames, recovery storage, lifts, pipes, and autocrafting.
Towny is a settlement system where players found towns, claim land, and control how residents use it.
Players create or join towns, claim chunks, manage residents and plots, maintain town accounts, and use settlement permissions.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Towny claims and plot permissions protect player builds, storage, and settlements in the Survival world.
A persistent world is a Minecraft server world that keeps its player-made changes and ongoing progress across repeated visits.
The Survival world preserves towns, claims, builds, inventories, residents, and ongoing settlement development across visits.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Towny Survival is the main documented route, with resource gathering, crafting, building, farming, and hostile-world progression.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Doggys and DogePoints support payments, town creation, services, town upkeep, bonus chunks, and custom skill purchases.
The main playable route is Survival. Players gather materials in the normal build world and separate Overworld, Nether, and End farm worlds, then use homes and teleport commands to move between projects and resource areas. Towny lets players found or join settlements, claim connected chunks, manage plots, and protect storage and builds through town permissions.
Progress comes from gathering resources, building up a town, earning Doggys through server activities such as voting and hub secrets, and spending DogePoints on utility skills. Town creation has an upfront cost and ongoing town expenses, while bonus chunks, plots, and specialized abilities provide longer-term goals beyond ordinary equipment upgrades.
DogeFun adds a large collection of server skills and CraftBook-style utilities. Examples include portable ender chests, crafting tables, anvils, lifts, grappling hooks, storage systems, pipes, autocrafting, recovery of death inventories, invisible frames, mob transformations, and special movement or convenience effects.
The hub is built around exploration, with hidden secrets and reward-focused areas to discover. Survival separates construction from resource gathering through dedicated farm dimensions, including Nether and End areas. Towny then gives the persistent build world a settlement structure with towns, plots, outposts, residents, and protected areas.
PvP exists within the Survival environment, but the rules restrict attacks in PvP-free areas, trap kills, deceptive teleport requests, and attacks intended to harass new or peaceful players. Griefing is generally not forbidden, although severe or destructive cases can still lead to penalties.
Doggys act as the main server currency for payments, balances, town creation, weather purchases, heads, and other services. DogePoints are used for the server's custom skills, while Towny adds shared town accounts, daily upkeep, chunk costs, and player-managed plots. Players can also pay one another directly and trade items.
Events are part of the network's current lineup and sit alongside the hub and Survival worlds, although the public guide does not detail named event formats.
The server supports German and English in Minecraft chat, Discord, and voice channels. Its team includes network administration, development and configuration, Creative administration, moderation, and support roles.
Players may use no more than two accounts unless additional family accounts are registered with the team. Unfair client modifications, exploit use, lag machines, abusive names, harassment, deceptive PvP traps, and attacks in protected PvP-free areas are prohibited. Minimap use is explicitly allowed, while griefing is discouraged and can be punished in serious cases.
DogeFun accepts voluntary support through PayPal and Dogecoin donations. Voting also provides in-game rewards, including hub reward items and server currency-related progression.

DogeFun’s skills include portable workbenches, ender chests, anvils, lifts, grappling hooks, storage systems, pipes, autocrafting, and death-inventory recovery.
A server economy using two distinct currencies with separate earning, spending, or progression purposes.
Doggys handle balances, payments, town creation, weather purchases, and services, while DogePoints purchase skills and bonus town chunks.
Hidden objectives or discoverable areas in a server hub that reward players for exploration and finding concealed locations or clues.
DogeFun’s exploration-focused hub contains hidden secrets tracked through a secrets menu, with discoveries providing rewards or progression benefits.
Town upkeep is a recurring financial obligation settlements must meet to remain viable and maintain their claimed infrastructure.
DogeFun towns use shared accounts and ongoing upkeep, with additional costs for chunks and other settlement expansion options.
Separate resource-gathering dimensions or worlds designated for farming materials apart from the primary building or settlement environment.
Survival provides separate Overworld, Nether, and End farm worlds while the main build world houses player projects and towns.
A server theme built around Dogecoin or Doge-inspired identity, rewards, terminology, or presentation.
DogeFun uses Doge-themed terminology and progression, including Doggys, DogePoints, Doge-themed rewards, and voluntary Dogecoin donations.
Protected areas where player-versus-player attacks are disabled or prohibited by the server’s rules.
DogeFun prohibits attacks in designated PvP-free areas and also restricts deceptive teleport kills, trap kills, and harassment-focused attacks.
Voting rewards give players recurring in-game benefits for supporting a server through designated voting links.
