About Ardania
Ardania centers on long-term Freebuild and Survival rather than seasonal resets. Players establish protected builds in a persistent main world, gather resources in separate mining worlds, earn money through jobs and shops, and branch into Creative, PvP, events, parkour, guilds, and other social features. Its current network supports Java and Bedrock players together while keeping the main building world separate from resettable resource areas.
What Makes It Different
Ardania treats player construction as long-term history rather than disposable seasonal content. The main building world is not routinely reset, protected plots can remain through long absences, and Freebuild regions can be expanded while the separate mining worlds handle renewable resources and newer Minecraft content.
Freebuild is a Minecraft building mode centered on creating structures and landscapes without a required combat, quest, or level-progression path.
Permanent player construction and expandable protected Freebuild regions form Ardania’s central experience.
Jobs is a progression system that rewards players for repeatedly performing defined Minecraft activities, such as mining, farming, fishing, building, or hunting mobs.
Multiple leveled professions reward mining, digging, farming, fishing, hunting, crafting, woodcutting, and magic-oriented work.
A persistent world is a Minecraft server world that keeps its player-made changes and ongoing progress across repeated visits.
The main building world is not routinely reset, and player builds remain available through long absences.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Players gather resources, craft gear, explore, farm, mine, and build in persistent Survival worlds.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Protected plots control access to blocks, containers, animals, and other interactions around player builds.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Euronen, ArdaPoints, jobs, admin shops, player shops, voting rewards, and event rewards support ongoing progression.
Player Shops are player-run places or interfaces where players sell items to other players for currency or agreed trade goods.
Players can operate shops and trade items through dedicated player-run shop systems alongside the admin shop.
The main experience combines ordinary Minecraft survival with protected Freebuild. Players gather materials, build homes and larger regions, use claims to control access to blocks, containers, animals, and other parts of a plot, then travel between the main world, Nether building areas, resource worlds, Creative, events, and PvP through warps, portals, and the server hub.
Progress comes from building up a permanent base, earning in-game currency, leveling jobs, completing quests, collecting voting or event rewards, and moving through the Neuling, Spieler, and Stammi rank structure. Current jobs include activities such as mining, digging, woodcutting, hunting, farming, fishing, crafting, and magic-oriented work, while quest difficulty ranges from simple tasks to master-level objectives.
Server-specific systems include land protection, jobs, quests, rank progression, guilds, weddings, player shops, an admin shop, mob catchers, editable armor stands, WorldEdit features, grave chests in selected mining areas, daily rewards, decorative heads, and synchronized inventories, money, jobs, and other data across the building and mining servers.
Ardania separates permanent construction from resource gathering. The main Freebuild areas include an expanded Harad building world and Nether building space, while separate Normal, Nether, End, and heavier mining areas provide renewable resources. The network also has Creative and Pixelart worlds, an online map, player rail connections, portals, and a large collection of protected plots.
PvP is available in a dedicated PvP world and is also covered by separate server rules. It is an optional side activity rather than the main focus of Ardania, which is centered on protected building, survival, economy, and community projects.
The server uses an in-game currency called Euronen alongside ArdaPoints and voting rewards. Players can sell and buy through the admin shop, operate player shops, use jobs to earn money, and spend currency on items, services, decorative content, and selected map markers.
Ardania runs building contests with themes ranging from villages and dungeons to stations, ships, seasonal builds, and public infrastructure. Its event content also includes MobArena, Spleef-style activities, Jump and Run challenges, quizzes, themed bosses, and limited-time rewards.
The community is primarily German-speaking and is organized around the server, Discord, building contests, guilds, player shops, and shared construction. Players can request help through in-game tickets or Discord, while the published team structure includes administration, moderation, support, building, plugin, technical, and event roles.
The rules apply to the Minecraft server, Discord, website, and social channels. They prohibit harassment, threats, discrimination, racist, extremist, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content, impersonation, spam, excessive caps, personal-data sharing, and unapproved commercial or social-media advertising. Separate sections cover plots, mobs, automated systems, modifications, exploits, PvP, mult accounts, shops, guilds, inactivity, donations, and item refunds.
The server does not advertise VIP ranks with purchasable gameplay advantages. Its visible economy is based mainly on in-game currency, admin and player shops, voting rewards, ArdaPoints, and event rewards. No verified external store URL was found.
Resource worlds are designated dimensions or maps intended for renewable gathering while helping preserve another world for construction.
Normal, Nether, End, and heavier mining areas provide renewable resources while the main Harad building world remains focused on permanent construction.
Grave chests preserve a deceased player’s carried items in a recoverable container after death, where the server supports that protection mechanic.
Ardania provides grave chests in selected mining areas, giving players a recovery option for deaths in those resource environments.
Player-organized groups that provide shared identity and cooperation for social activity, progression, competition, or resource goals.
Players can organize socially through guilds, which are covered by dedicated server rules and form part of Ardania’s community systems.
Rank progression lets players advance through server ranks that provide recognition, access, or other gameplay and community benefits.
Ardania’s documented rank structure includes Neuling, Spieler, and Stammi, providing a status path alongside jobs, quests, and building progress.
ArdaPoints are a server-specific points currency or reward resource used separately from ordinary Minecraft items and money.
Ardania uses ArdaPoints alongside Euronen, voting rewards, and event rewards as part of its broader in-game reward economy.
Mob catchers are tools or systems that let players capture, transport, store, or redeploy living Minecraft mobs.
Ardania includes server-specific mob catchers among its custom systems, complementing protected plots and Survival construction.
Player rail connections are shared or player-built railway routes that provide structured surface travel between locations.
Ardania supports player rail connections alongside portals and warps, making railway travel part of its persistent community infrastructure.

History of Ardania
Ardania opened in 2015 and grew around a long-lived Freebuild and Survival world, regular building contests, community systems, and additional worlds for resources, events, Creative building, and PvP.
The major recent transition came with the move to Minecraft 1.21.8 in January 2026. The update followed a public test phase, restored Bedrock access, separated mining infrastructure from the building world, expanded the Harad building world from 7,000 by 7,000 to 11,000 by 11,000 blocks, and refreshed jobs and quests. Older Arda plots were scheduled for transfer to Harad, with Arda planned for preservation as a museum world.
