About APOC Gaming Network
APOC is a hub for players who want modded Minecraft without committing to one pack forever. Its roster includes classics such as Hexxit, Tekkit, Agrarian Skies, FTB Infinity Evolved, RLCraft, SkyFactory 4, MC Eternal and GT: New Horizons. A vanilla survival server sits alongside the modded worlds.
The network adds shared systems around those packs, including an economy, tasks, server shops, player shops, voting rewards and redeemable keys. Land protection uses GriefPrevention and Towny, so players can protect bases, build towns and manage shared plots. Join through play.apocgaming.org and select the pack server you want.
What Makes It Different
Most modded networks revolve around one pack. APOC works more like a large shelf of packs, with a central hub and network-wide systems such as keys, economy rewards and referrals. You can return for a different style of Minecraft without joining an entirely unrelated community.
Modded Minecraft servers use game mods to add or change mechanics, content, or progression beyond the unmodified game.
The network's main offering is a large collection of modpack servers.
PvE is Minecraft gameplay centered on surviving and overcoming enemies and hazards controlled by the game rather than by other players.
PvP is generally disabled across the network, leaving cooperative and environmental gameplay as the main focus.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
GriefPrevention claims and claim-block management are documented network features.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Its pack servers and Vanilla Survival world are built around long-form survival gameplay.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Tasks, server shops, player shops, money rewards and Towny finances are central network systems.
Start at the hub, then choose a pack server or Vanilla Survival. The modded servers cover adventure, technology, magic, automation and harder survival depending on the pack.
Each pack has its own client files and version requirements. Supported launchers include ATLauncher, Curse, Technic and FTB. The network also provides commands for warps, random teleportation, teleport requests, chunk loading and server navigation.
Progress is shaped by the selected modpack, with network rewards layered on top. Payday tasks reward active play with economy money, while daily login and hourly play rewards can provide keys or other bonuses.
Keys have Common, Uncommon, Rare and Legendary tiers. They can contain economy rewards, experience, resources, gear sets, boosters or chunk loaders. Towny adds a longer group progression path through town funds, resident plots, taxes and upkeep.
Network additions include the Payday task system, multi-tier keys, boosters, referrals, custom reward pools and claim-block rewards. Utility tools include tree-capacitator, mass miner, vein miner, auto-planter and trench-digger controls through an in-game tools menu.
Other documented utilities include chunk loaders and commands that can change spawners to designated monster types. The exact modded experience still depends on the pack being played.
APOC is divided into separate pack-specific worlds rather than one single universal survival map. The world you play depends on the modpack you select, from technology-heavy servers to exploration-focused packs and Vanilla Survival.
Players have access to random teleportation, warps and claim systems. Supported servers also provide command-based chunk loading, which is useful for automation-heavy modpacks.
PvP is generally disabled across the network. Voltz is the stated exception and uses restrictions on PvP-related shop items to keep fights more controlled. Towny may also allow mayors to toggle PvP inside their towns.
The network uses an economy shared through tasks, server shops and player shops. Players can earn money while completing active tasks, then spend it on supplies, claim blocks, Towny costs or other server services.
Towny gives the economy a real upkeep loop. Creating a town costs $2,500, each normal town chunk costs $1,280, and towns pay $250 in daily upkeep. Residents can also use plot taxes and player-run shops.
Community events include competitions, giveaways, holiday events, voting contests and store promotions. Events are organized through the network's forum and Discord community.
The network is supported by a Discord server, forum, referral system and a staff team covering community management, network administration, development, server administration and moderation. English is used in global chat, while private messages can be used for other languages.
The community keeps global chat PG-13 and prohibits racist language, harassment, scams, excessive caps, server advertising, threats, exploiting bugs and abusing unintended plugin features. Politics and religion are restricted in global chat and general Discord areas. Roleplay is also prohibited.
Players are expected to use the intended launcher for their modpack. Supported launchers include ATLauncher, Curse, Technic and FTB.
The official store offers ranks, keys, boosters, item chests, kits, loaders, worlds and amplifiers. Booster packs can provide economy, experience, claim blocks and Towny chunks. Item chests and kits may contain selected resources, but the documented limits exclude tools, weapons, armor, eggs, spawners, machines and creative items.
Purchases are digital and final. Store income helps cover hosting, hardware, domains, DDoS protection, backups, development and related network costs.

History of APOC Gaming Network
APOC Gaming Network began in 2010 as a Minecraft community focused on modded and vanilla play. It has remained connected to the older, pack-based side of Minecraft rather than narrowing itself to one modern game mode.
The network grew into a multi-server catalog covering many well-known modpacks. Hexxit, Voltz, Agrarian Skies, Tekkit, FTB packs, RLCraft, SkyFactory, MC Eternal and other packs each received their own connection point, with the hub acting as the central entry point.
APOC later built shared network systems around the pack servers. Economy tasks, server and player shops, voting rewards, keys, referrals, GriefPrevention and Towny gave players common tools even when the underlying modpack changed.
Its catalog has also crossed several Minecraft generations. The wiki groups servers from older 1.5.2 packs through 1.16.5 network infrastructure and an 1.18.2 Vanilla Survival server, preserving a broad slice of modded Minecraft history in one network.
Recent community updates have continued to cover servers such as Tekxit 3.14 PI, GT: New Horizons, World of Dragons, FTB Revelations, Tekkit SMP and Tekkit 2. Today, APOC remains a pack-first Java network where players can move between separate modded worlds, a vanilla survival option and shared community services.
