About Aetheria
Aetheria keeps survival close to standard Minecraft while giving players a shared world to develop with friends, form nations or teams, build towns, and create their own shops and community projects. PvP is opt-in, griefing and stealing are prohibited, and the current world is intended for long-term play rather than routine seasonal resets.
What Makes It Different
Aetheria combines a mostly vanilla survival world with unusually explicit social limits on conflict: PvP requires consent, while griefing and stealing are banned. CoreProtect provides a way to restore damage without turning the whole server into a heavily claim-driven mode.
Semi-Vanilla servers keep Minecraft’s ordinary survival progression while adding a limited set of server-specific changes around it.
The server preserves standard survival gameplay while adding moderation, protection, cross-play, and community systems.
A persistent world is a Minecraft server world that keeps its player-made changes and ongoing progress across repeated visits.
The current server direction emphasizes a long-term world where player builds and community development remain important.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
Aetheria is a shared multiplayer survival world built around player communities and long-term development.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
The server centers on gathering, crafting, building, exploration, and ordinary survival progression.
Players follow ordinary survival progression by gathering resources, crafting equipment, exploring, building bases, and working on shared projects. The server adds community structure through nations, teams, towns, shops, and organized events without replacing Minecraft’s basic survival loop with RPG classes or a large custom-items system.
Progression comes from improving gear, expanding a base, developing farms and infrastructure, and becoming established in the shared world. Aetheria is aimed at players who want their builds and community projects to remain meaningful over time rather than moving through repeated short seasons.
Aetheria keeps gameplay close to vanilla. CoreProtect is used as a server-side protection and restoration tool, while the main player-facing experience remains standard survival rather than custom combat, classes, or item progression.
The server uses a shared survival world where players can establish towns, nations, teams, roads, farms, and large community builds. The current world follows a fresh-start chapter after a reset announced in August 2026.
PvP is consent-based. Players should not attack others without agreement, making combat a cooperative or mutually arranged activity rather than an always-on threat around bases and spawn.
Players can create shops, trade resources, and build local economies around their towns or communities. The economy is player-driven rather than presented as a separate prison-style or generator-based progression mode.
Community events and build contests are part of the server’s social activity. Players can also suggest event ideas and take part in activities organized through the community channels.
Players can join nations or teams, cooperate on builds, trade, and find regular companions for survival play. The server emphasizes a friendly environment backed by active moderation and a Discord community.
The central rules prohibit griefing, stealing, cheating, hacks, and X-ray use. Players are expected to respect others and obtain consent before PvP.
Aetheria is presented as a non-pay-to-win server, with no paid rank advantage forming part of its stated gameplay model.

History of Aetheria
Aetheria began with a test server in March 2026 before opening its main survival world in early April. Its early identity centered on a simple vanilla survival experience, community events, nations, and a world intended to last.
In late August 2026, Aetheria announced a full reset and a fresh start for the community. The current chapter therefore follows the same relaxed survival principles while beginning from a new shared world.
