About YAMCS
YAMCS centers its EarthSMP experience on building nations across a 1:500 Earth map. Players combine survival building with diplomacy, alliances, territorial expansion, resource control, and team wars, then push through factories, jobs, skills, quests, levels, dungeons, custom fishing, and player trading.
What Makes It Different
YAMCS combines a large 1:500 Earth map with custom geopolitical systems instead of relying on Towny. Nation building, diplomacy, resource control, and team wars sit alongside factories, jobs, skills, quests, dungeons, and a player-run economy, giving the Earth setting a deeper progression layer than a simple map-based SMP.
Geopolitical servers organize Minecraft play around player-run states that claim territory, manage borders, and compete or cooperate for influence.
Players build nations, manage diplomacy, expand territory, control resources, and engage in organized conflict.
Earth servers use a Minecraft map based on real-world geography, giving building, travel, and settlement a recognizable setting of continents, countries, and cities.
The primary world is a documented 1:500 map of real-world Earth geography.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
The server combines shared-world survival, building, resource gathering, cooperation, and long-term player progression.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Trading, chest shops, resource control, factories, and economy-driven progression make wealth central to play.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Players gather resources, build settlements, develop bases, and progress through a dangerous shared Minecraft world.
The main experience is EarthSMP survival on a real-world-style 1:500 map. Players build settlements, organize nations and teams, expand their influence, negotiate with other groups, control resources, and take part in conflict. The server also includes custom fishing, dungeon encounters, PvE content, and progression systems that sit alongside ordinary Minecraft gathering and building.
Progression extends beyond standard survival gear through factories, jobs, skills, levels, quests, teams, dungeons, custom loot, and other player-development systems. Players can advance through economic activity, exploration, PvE challenges, fishing, and long-term development of their nation or team.
Custom textures, models, mechanics, fishing systems, loot, dungeon bosses, factories, progression interfaces, and other server-specific content expand the ordinary survival experience without requiring a separate custom launcher.
The EarthSMP uses a 1:500 Earth map as its main setting. The recognizable geography gives nations, borders, trade routes, alliances, expansion, and conflict a large shared stage rather than placing every group on an isolated survival island.
Conflict is organized around geopolitical competition and Team Wars. Players can use team battles to settle disputes and compete for influence, territory, or resources. The available material supports organized group warfare, but does not establish a separate standalone PvP queue or arena network.
YAMCS uses a player-driven economy built around trading, chest shops, resource control, and economic progression. Players can gather or produce valuable materials, sell or exchange them, and use the resulting wealth to support their bases, teams, factories, and wider ambitions.
YAMCS maintains a Discord community, public forums, website live chat, and in-game chat synchronization for EarthSMP. The website also links Minecraft accounts with YAMCS profiles and provides public punishment-history lookup.
The network uses a general YAMCS ruleset alongside gamemode-specific rules. Its website also provides public punishment-history lookup across the network.
YAMCS operates a network store with packages organized by gamemode. Purchases are sent through Tebex and require the Minecraft username that should receive the purchase. Some checkouts require a linked Discord account.

YAMCS specifically supports chest shops as part of its player economy, letting players sell resources and useful goods.
Factories convert resources into manufactured goods, equipment, or other products needed for progression and conflict.
Factories are one of YAMCS's custom progression paths, supporting economic development alongside survival, jobs, skills, and levels.
Player trading lets participants exchange resources, crafted goods, or equipment directly or through an organized economy.
