EnglishAbout TheCrib
Last updated
TheCrib runs the Cobbleverse Cobblemon modpack on a world locked to Hard difficulty. Mobs and hunger stay on, so your Pokemon fight beside you against the things that come out at night, and against other players too. It is semi-anarchy, with PvP and PvE both part of the day.
There is no store, no ranks, no crates and no rewards for voting or chatting, so every Pokemon and item comes from playing. Sell your finds at the player market, team up in a party and watch your deaths, because too many leave your base open to raids. Java and Bedrock players share the same world.
What Makes It Different
A Cobblemon world with raiding taken from Hardcore Factions, where too many deaths leave your party's base open to attack.
Built on the Cobbleverse Cobblemon modpack, with Pokemon fighting at your side.
Java players join with Cobbleverse or the server's own fork of it.
Semi-anarchy PvP with parties that can be raided.
Hard difficulty with mobs and hunger turned on.
You catch, battle and build in an open world on Hard difficulty with mobs and hunger turned on. Your Pokemon help you fight both mobs and other players.
The server plays on Cobbleverse, a Cobblemon modpack you can get from its Modrinth page. TheCrib also offers its own fork on its modpack page, made to feel closer to vanilla with less bloat, but the original pack works fine.
Semi-anarchy rules mean other players can attack you. Parties use a Deaths Till Raidable system based on Hardcore Factions, so a party that dies too often can be raided.
A player market lets you buy and sell items using several different currencies, not just one.
There is no store, no ranks and no crates. The website has a donate page.
A party that dies too often becomes raidable, using a Deaths Till Raidable system based on Hardcore Factions.
The world is locked to Hard with mobs and hunger on, so nights stay dangerous even with a full team of Pokemon.
A player market lets you buy and sell items with each other using more than one currency.
Players form parties for raiding and defending, tied to the server's Deaths Till Raidable system.
There is no store, no ranks, no crates and no rewards for voting or chatting, so everything is earned in play.
The market runs on several different currencies instead of a single server coin.
Semi-anarchy rules let other players attack you anywhere, and your Pokemon fight beside you.
