About Survival Fun
Survival Fun centers on long-form Minecraft survival with a player-run economy and several extra progression paths. Players gather resources, protect a home, build shops, earn money through jobs, advance through server ranks, and use custom items and rewards to keep developing after the basic survival milestones are complete.
What Makes It Different
Survival Fun gives ordinary base-building a more formal social and economic layer than a plain survival server. Player shops, jobs, rank progression, vote rewards, and spawn court claims for building space all affect how players establish themselves and interact with nearby bases.
Semi-Vanilla servers keep Minecraftβs ordinary survival progression while adding a limited set of server-specific changes around it.
Standard survival progression remains central while custom items, jobs, ranks, economy systems, and rewards extend it.
Player Shops are player-run places or interfaces where players sell items to other players for currency or agreed trade goods.
Player-run shops and auction-style commands provide recurring ways for players to sell and obtain resources.
Land claims are protected areas that let a player or group control who can build, break, and interact with blocks inside a marked part of the world.
Protected building areas and registered court-controlled zones govern where players may develop homes, farms, and shops.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
The central experience is resource gathering, crafting, farming, exploration, building, and surviving hostile mobs.
An SMP is a multiplayer Minecraft survival world where players gather resources, build, and progress alongside one another.
Players share a persistent survival world with bases, shops, roads, landmarks, and community rules.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Jobs, server money, shops, auctions, payments, and registration fees make economic activity a major progression layer.
Players follow the normal survival loop of mining, farming, crafting, exploration, building, and fighting hostile mobs, then use server systems to extend it. Jobs provide money, player shops and auction-style commands support trading, and protected areas let players develop homes, farms, storage, and commercial spaces. The server also has custom recipes, relic-related content, mob-head drops, and utility changes such as faster hopper upgrades.
Rank and prestige advancement provide a long-term ladder beyond equipment upgrades. Players can earn money through jobs, complete tasks and milestones for rewards, vote for keys, and pursue custom items and server-specific recipes. The result is a progression path that mixes ordinary survival goals with economic and cosmetic rewards.
Custom content includes server-specific items, relic-related drops and recipes, mob-head drops, modified recipes, and utility upgrades. Earlier server content also included custom enchantments and expanded Nether features, while the current wiki focuses on recipes, drops, rules, and practical server systems.
The server uses a persistent survival world with player-built bases, farms, shops, roads, and shared landmarks. A live map is available, and the world includes the standard survival dimensions, with the current MOTD specifically indicating that the End is open.
PvP is not a free-for-all system. Unwanted PvP and killing another player's pets or animals are punishable, so combat is expected to be consensual rather than a constant threat around bases and farms.
The economy combines jobs, player shops, auction and payment commands, server money, vote rewards, and rank-related progression. Building-space court claims also use in-game fees, including a filing cost and periodic renewal cost for a registered area around a base.
Community activities include challenges, occasional games, voting rewards, and the recurring Base of the Month format. Events are intended to give builders and long-term players goals beyond routine resource gathering.
Survival Fun is built around a small Discord-connected community. Players can request help through Discord support tickets, use /report in game, and follow public court-case decisions for disputes over building space.
Players may not grief, steal, scam, cheat, use X-ray, run movement hacks, bot the server, use unauthorized macros, or create lag machines. Unwanted PvP and killing another player's animals are punishable. Building near an established base is governed by a spawn court system, with registered 100-block areas, renewal rules, and a protected core around private property.
Players can vote daily for in-game rewards. The server website links to an official store, but the main site currently presents that store as coming soon rather than showing a detailed active catalog.
A court-based claim system uses a formal registration and dispute process to determine protected building space around player properties.
Players may register a 100-block area around a base through spawn court procedures, paying filing and renewal fees while disputes are publicly decided.
Consensual PvP lets players opt into combat while protecting ordinary survival areas from unwanted attacks.
Survival Fun prohibits unwanted PvP and punishes killing another player's pets or animals, making combat an agreed activity rather than a constant threat.
Server-added crafting recipes that create or modify available items beyond Minecraftβs standard recipe set.
The server wiki documents modified recipes and relic-related crafting recipes that extend the standard survival crafting path.
A prestige system lets players reset or advance beyond an earlier progression tier to pursue higher ranks or rewards.
Survival Fun includes prestige advancement as part of its long-term ladder beyond standard rank progression.
An auction house lets players list items for sale and buy goods through a shared market interface.
Survival Fun supplements player shops with auction-style commands for listing and buying resources through its in-game economy.
Mob head drops add collectible decorative heads or trophies obtained from defeating selected hostile or passive Minecraft mobs.
The server publishes mob-head drop information and rates, making creature trophies a documented collection activity.
Hopper upgrades improve item-transfer automation, allowing players to make storage and processing systems more convenient or efficient.
Survival Fun provides utility upgrades for faster hoppers, improving automated item movement in player bases and farms.
Relic crafting is a progression activity focused on discovering or assembling special relic-themed items through dedicated recipes or drops.
Survival Fun includes relic references and relic-related crafting recipes among its documented custom content.
Rewards granted when players vote for a server through supported external voting services.
Players can vote daily on Survival Fun to receive keys or other in-game rewards that support ongoing progression.

History of Survival Fun
Survival Fun began in 2017 as a small, close-to-vanilla survival community. By 2020, it had added protected building, player shops, quests, dungeons, events, and Java-Bedrock play while keeping survival at the center.
After a break, the community reset its previous world in 2021 and invited players into a fresh map. The server has continued building on that survival foundation with rank progression, custom items, jobs, reward systems, and more formal rules around building space.
