Every few months a fresh start opens on Side Realms. Skyblock, OneBlock, Survival and Factions each run in numbered seasons, so you begin with everyone else and race up the leaderboards. On Skyblock and OneBlock you push your island through missions, then raid Dungeons full of strong mobs, bosses and loot chests, alone or with your island team.
Survival Season 8 opened in October 2026 with a smaller spawn, vanilla spawners and a property world where your shop builds carry into later seasons. Factions seasons start with a grace period, then turn into evening raids. Side Realms is based in Latvia, plays on Java Edition and speaks English and Latvian.
OneBlock launched in February 2026 and is on Season 3.
Short Factions seasons with grace days, then daily Wither raids.
Skyblock reached Season 12 in May 2026, with Dungeons and the Citadel.
Survival Season 8 opened on 9 October 2026.
Skyblock and OneBlock islands progress through missions that scale with the size of your team. Dungeons unlock later in the season and are generated fresh for each run.
Skyblock has the Citadel, a fighting area rebuilt in Season 10 to be open and beginner friendly from day one. Survival keeps a property world where shop builds stay between seasons.
In Factions Season 4, raids happen every day from 6 PM to midnight after a 7-day grace period, using Withers instead of cannons and modern combat with shields and the mace.
Skyblock uses a rubies shop and Gen Cube upgrades, while Factions has spawners, crop selling and Sell Wands. Survival events pay out crystals, a special server currency.
The server runs regular events and team tournaments, such as BedWars DUO in October 2025 and Hunger Games in April 2026.
The Factions Darkzone holds KOTH fights and outposts for factions to capture.
Factions keeps its custom enchants, Trench Pickaxes and Throwable Creepers from season to season.
Island missions guide your Skyblock and OneBlock progress, and their goals grow with the number of people on your island.
The /lb command shows who leads each season, and top Factions players get weekly rewards.
Survival has a land and team system, so only you and your friends can build on your claim.
Every mode restarts in numbered seasons, from Skyblock Season 12 to Survival Season 8, so everyone starts fresh together.
Team tournaments like BedWars DUO and Hunger Games run over several days with many matches.
Skyblock and OneBlock Dungeons are generated new each time, and you can take them on alone or with up to three island members.

History of Side Realms
Skyblock opened Season 8 on 13 September 2025 with new island missions and a /lb leaderboard. Factions Season 3 followed in October 2025, the same month as the first BedWars DUO tournament.
Skyblock Season 10 arrived on 19 December 2025 with a rebuilt Citadel. OneBlock launched as a brand new mode on 13 February 2026, and Factions Season 4 on 6 March 2026 swapped cannons for Wither raids and old 1.8 combat for modern PvP.
Dungeons came to Skyblock with Season 12 on 22 May 2026, and OneBlock Season 3 added its first Dungeon on 29 July 2026. After a summer break, Survival Season 8 opened on 9 October 2026.
