Progress comes from building a stronger Pokémon team and collecting more species. Level Pokémon through battles, gyms, raids, experience items, and exploration.

Longer goals include completing the Pokédex, earning gym badges, improving breeding results, winning ranked matches, clearing difficult dungeons, and climbing seasonal Battle Pass tiers. Daily and weekly missions provide extra targets between larger challenges.

Custom systems include five-tier raids, cooperative dungeons for parties of up to five players, mythic hunts, a Battle Tower, ranked PvP, advanced breeding, a global GTS, player gyms, seasonal missions, and a large collection of skins and cosmetics.

High-tier raids focus on legendary Pokémon. Dungeons add custom bosses, puzzles, and special loot, while the Battle Tower provides repeatable PvE challenges with a public ranking.

The world is divided into five connected regions: Kanto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Kalos, and Alola. A central hub connects them through a Velocity network.

Each region has its own biomes, Pokémon spawn tables, gyms, and exploration targets. Moving between regions is important for players who want rare species or a complete Pokédex.

PvP includes ranked Pokémon battles with ELO matchmaking, seasons, and rewards for high-ranking players. Gym leaders are real players who specialize in a Pokémon type and can be challenged for their badges or positions.

Combat rules prohibit hacked clients, combat exploits, team-ups in 1v1 ranked matches, and leaving battles to avoid a loss. Combat logging can count as a defeat and temporarily restrict ranked play.

The global GTS lets players buy and sell Pokémon and items across all five regions. Direct trades are also available, but real-money trading between players is prohibited.

SC Coins are used for the player market and selected server systems. They can be earned through gameplay or purchased from the shop. The shop also offers donor ranks, temporary ranks, upgrades, and other extras.

Events include Community Days, legendary raids, mythic hunts, tournaments, ranked seasons, gym challenges, expeditions, and gachapon activities. Community Days run for a limited period and can feature boosted Pokémon spawns, exclusive moves, or extra experience rewards.

Events are designed to give the whole network shared goals, especially during rare Pokémon hunts and cooperative raid activities.

The main community space is a Spanish-speaking Discord server with regional channels, technical help, announcements, support tickets, events, giveaways, raid tools, Pokémon lookups, and leaderboards.

Players can also compete for gym positions, trade through the GTS, join parties for dungeons, and take part in seasonal rankings.

Respectful behavior is required, including no harassment, discrimination, doxxing, spam, NSFW content, or impersonation. Hacks, botting, autoclickers, macros, AFK farming, duping, combat exploits, and economic exploits are prohibited.

Players can protect land with /claim. Claimed areas are protected, while griefing is still punishable outside claims when a build clearly belongs to someone else. Claims can expire after 90 days without connecting.

Joining and playing are free. Optional purchases include SC Coins, permanent donor ranks, monthly ranks, rank upgrades, cosmetics, and other Cobblemon extras.

The seasonal Battle Pass has a free path and a premium path. Premium rewards add cosmetics and gameplay bonuses. Purchases are handled through the server's Tebex shop.
