PolarisMC turns survival Minecraft into a nation-building game. Players create towns, claim land, form nations, manage borders, and build cities on an Earth-themed world. Peaceful growth, trade, diplomacy, and military power all matter.
What Makes It Different
PolarisMC makes other players part of the progression. A town can become a nation, a nation can gain allies, and a formal war can change who controls territory.
Geopolitical servers organize Minecraft play around player-run states that claim territory, manage borders, and compete or cooperate for influence.
Political nations, borders, diplomacy, and wars define the server's identity.
Earth servers use a Minecraft map based on real-world geography, giving building, travel, and settlement a recognizable setting of continents, countries, and cities.
The server is built around an Earth-style geopolitical setting.
Towny is a settlement system where players found towns, claim land, and control how residents use it.
Towny provides the main settlement, land, nation, economy, and permission systems.

Start by gathering resources, choosing a place to settle, and creating or joining a town. Towny tools let residents manage plots, permissions, taxes, shops, embassies, town spawns, and public access.
Progress comes from growing a town, building a stronger economy, claiming more land, and joining a nation. Leaders must balance resident needs, town upkeep, expansion, diplomacy, and military preparation.
NodesWar adds capture objectives called nodes to the political survival game. Battles use formal flags, warzones, node ownership, annexation, and special rules for wartime structures and equipment.
The main setting is an Earth-style geopolitical map divided into towns, nations, borders, ports, and warzones. Separate live map views are available for Towny and Nodes.
PvP is allowed in wilderness when it follows the server rules. Towns and plots can control PvP, while spawn, neutral towns, staff towns, and neutral ports receive protection. Combat during war is limited to officially involved factions.
The Towny economy uses player money, town banks, nation banks, taxes, plot prices, shop prices, and embassy costs. The web store offers permanent ranks, Nodes products, and Coins for real-money purchase.
Seasonal country registration and organized wars are central activities. Wars require a public declaration, an agreed time, faction coordination, and manager oversight. Node battles provide focused objectives beyond open-world combat.
Discord is important for country registration, war announcements, support, and coordination. The community is English-speaking and strongly organized around nations, alliances, and shared political projects.
The server bans hacked clients, unfair automation, exploits, duped items, teleport killing, unauthorized alternate accounts, friendly betrayal, and several wartime abuses. Players may be asked to complete a screenshare when cheating is suspected. Automatic farms are limited to one designated chunk per town.
Access is not presented as a paid membership service. The official store sells permanent ranks, Nodes products, and Coins, with Discord support for purchase problems and a stated final-sale refund policy.
