About Player Realms
Player Realms is less a single SMP than a Java network of player-created servers. Join through playerrealms.com, browse the available realms, and jump between worlds with different rules and goals.
The shared layer adds coins that you earn while playing and can use across the network. Behind it is a broad 1.12.2 plugin setup covering minigames, survival systems, shops, claims, jobs, RPG tools, custom weapons, magic, and more.
What Makes It Different
You are not joining one fixed game mode. You are entering a network where players can create separate realms, while shared coins give the wider network a common progression layer.
Minigames are compact Minecraft games with their own rules, objective, and bounded play area, usually resolved in a single round.
The network supports many standalone minigame formats, including BedWars, SkyWars, Survival Games, Murder, Build Battle, TNTRun, and DeathRun.
Minecraft economy gameplay makes in-game money a central way to obtain resources, upgrades, or access.
Jobs, auctions, shops, trading, and shared network coins are central supported systems.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Player-created realms can run survival-focused worlds with protection, economy, jobs, and custom progression.
The network is built for variety. Supported game types include BedWars, SkyWars, Survival Games, TNTRun, Murder, Build Battle, Parkour, Factions, Prison, Skyblock, Jobs, quests, and RPG-style play.
Individual realms can use different rules, worlds, and plugin combinations, so the experience changes when you move between servers.
Player Realms coins are earned through play and remain usable across the network. Individual realms can add their own ranks, kits, jobs, quests, skills, or RPG progression.
Custom content is a major part of the platform. Supported systems include custom weapons, magic, artifacts, pets, disguises, skills, RPG health, MythicMobs, custom items, and enhanced enchantments.
World design is controlled at the realm level. The platform supports survival worlds, multiple dimensions and worlds, islands, borders, portals, protected areas, and separate minigame arenas.
PvP depends on the realm. The network includes PvP toggles and managers, one-versus-one combat, factions, battlegrounds, war systems, and combat-focused minigames. Some worlds can be calmer, while others are built around fighting.
Economy tools include jobs, auctions, chest shops, sign shops, virtual shops, player trading, and currency plugins. Realm owners can shape their own local economy while the shared Player Realms coin balance works across servers.
The network has event-style game tools including Hunger Games, Block Hunt, Murder, DeathRun, TNTRun, Build Battle, and other competitive minigames.
Players share a central server list, network coin system, and profile system. Realm owners can also submit outside servers to the Player Realms listing through the ThirdParty system.
Hacked clients, X-Ray, non-premium alternate accounts, bug abuse, excessive server load, ban evasion, vote abuse, shop scams, inappropriate server names, outside-server advertising, staff impersonation, harassment, spam, sexual content, doxxing, and alt-account promotion are prohibited. Forge, OptiFine, The 5zig Mod, and Toggle Sprint are specifically allowed; other mods are used at the player's own risk.

History of Player Realms
Player Realms was built around a simple idea: let players create their own Minecraft servers inside a shared network instead of forcing everyone into one fixed mode.
The platform grew around a large toolkit for realm owners. Its supported systems cover portals, multiple worlds, claims and protection, shops, jobs, factions, prison, Skyblock, RPG mechanics, and many separate minigame formats.
A shared coin system connects the different realms. Players earn coins by playing, and the balance can be used across the network rather than being locked to one world.
Today, Player Realms remains a Java 1.12.2 network focused on variety. One realm can feel like survival, another like Factions or Prison, and another like a standalone minigame server.
