Pick a job and get paid for the work. On OliveCraft, Jobs turn your mining, farming and mob fights into money, while mcMMO levels up the skills you use most. That money pushes you up a 33-rank ladder, with new perks waiting at different steps.
This is a Java Edition survival SMP that keeps things calm: no griefing and no PvP, so you can build your base without looking over your shoulder. Sell your spare loot through player shops, auctions or face-to-face trades. When you want a real fight, take on Tower Trials, a dungeon where every floor brings tougher mobs and better rewards.

Survival is the whole server, with Jobs, mcMMO and ranks on top.
You play survival with Jobs and mcMMO running side by side, so normal work like mining and farming also earns money and skill levels. Tower Trials is the main challenge, a climb through floors of harder mobs.
There are 33 ranks to climb, and some of them unlock their own perks. Your mcMMO skills level up separately as you use them.
The economy is run by players. You can set up a shop, list items in the auction house or trade directly with someone else.
Griefing and PvP are both off, so other players cannot wreck your builds or attack you.
You can list your spare items in the auction house for other players to buy.
Direct trades let you swap items with another player one to one, no shop needed.
A 33-rank ladder gives you a long goal, with special perks unlocked at different ranks.
PvP is off, so nobody can attack you while you mine, farm or explore.
mcMMO levels your skills as you use them, running alongside Jobs so the same work builds both.
Tower Trials is a custom dungeon where each floor throws tougher mobs at you for rewards you cannot get elsewhere.
Griefing is not allowed, so the bases you build stay the way you left them.
Players run their own shops, so you can set prices and sell to the whole server.
Jobs pay you server money for everyday survival work, and that money funds your climb up the ranks.
