About Netherite
Netherite is a crossplay Minecraft network with four connected modes: Lifesteal, Skyblock, Survival and Prison. Each mode gives you a different long-term goal, from stealing hearts and defending your life to growing an island, founding a town or climbing a mining ladder.
The network mixes familiar Minecraft with custom enchants, player-run markets, clans, towns, land claims, island workers and competitive leaderboards. Java and Bedrock players share the same worlds, while a separate web marketplace lets players track and trade cosmetic items.
What Makes It Different
Netherite combines four very different progression games behind one crossplay network. Its strongest twist is the player marketplace, where cosmetic items can be collected, priced and traded instead of simply unlocked once.
Prison servers turn mining into a gated progression ladder: players break blocks in designated mines, sell the resources, and spend their earnings on ranks that unlock more valuable areas.

Lifesteal is a Minecraft PvP survival mode where player kills and deaths change a player’s maximum health.

Start at the network hub or connect directly to a mode. Lifesteal focuses on combat and heart collection. Skyblock begins with one floating island. Survival gives you a shared world for building towns and trading. Prison sends you into a private mine with constant rankups.
Progress depends on the mode. Lifesteal uses stolen hearts, Life Prestige, abilities and custom enchants. Skyblock uses island upgrades, mastery trees, quests, spawners and island-value rankings. Survival uses towns, skills, claim blocks, mob milestones and custom enchants. Prison uses mine levels, prestige, tokens and pickaxe enchants.
Custom content includes more than 100 enchants across several modes, 32 Lifesteal abilities, island robots for mining and farming, mastery trees, hundreds of Skyblock quest tiers, private Prison mines, gangs, claim markets and tradeable cosmetic items.
Survival uses a 20,000-by-20,000 overworld alongside the Nether, End and regenerating resource worlds. The main Survival map is designed for long-term towns and claims rather than regular wipes. Skyblock places each team on a floating island, while Prison gives every player a private mine that resets instantly and grows during progression.
Lifesteal is the main high-stakes PvP mode. Killing another player steals one heart, while reaching zero hearts causes a temporary one-day elimination. Clans, six KOTH arenas, custom abilities and weekly clan rankings add extra reasons to fight. Skyblock also offers PvP and KOTH activities.
Survival has chest shops, an Auction House, player Orders and a market for claimed land. Towns use shared money for upgrades, while weekly town and solo rankings reward strong earners. Skyblock has a player marketplace for selling, lending and borrowing, plus flat shop prices. The network marketplace uses Gems for cosmetic-item trading.
Players can compete in KOTH battles, weekly town and solo leaderboards, weekly clan rankings and seasonal Survival build contests. Leaderboard winners receive gift-card prizes, while KOTH victories provide special combat rewards.
Netherite has an official Discord, a suggestions hub, video tutorials and a public staff structure. The network is open without a whitelist, so players can join immediately and meet others through towns, clans, islands, gangs and market trading.
The network is free to join on Java and Bedrock. Its store sells Gems for ranks, kits, perks and cosmetics. Survival's six named rank tiers are cosmetic and are not required to compete, while core mode progression is built around gameplay-earned money, hearts, tokens, levels and enchants.

History of Netherite
Netherite began in 2022 as a small network built around Survival and OneBlock. Its early identity focused on player-made trading, custom items, a custom resource pack, community events and a steady stream of new progression systems.
The network soon grew beyond that first Survival-and-OneBlock foundation. Lifesteal, Skyblock and stronger economy features became important parts of its identity, giving players several ways to compete instead of relying on one shared survival loop.
Seasonal releases became a major part of the network's development. Lifesteal seasons, Skyblock seasons and named holiday releases gave the server regular resets, new themes and fresh reasons for returning players to start again.
During the next era, Netherite expanded its custom systems. Player economies gained shops, auctions and trade-focused features, while Lifesteal added clans, heart progression, special abilities and KOTH battles. Skyblock developed deeper island progression, custom enchants, quests and automated island workers.
Prison later joined the network as a full mining-and-rankup mode. Its private resetting mines, prestige tiers, gangs and powerful pickaxe enchants created a much faster progression path than the network's long-form Survival world.
Today, Netherite is a multi-mode Java-and-Bedrock network built around earned progression, player competition and trade. Survival provides a persistent town-building world, Lifesteal makes combat carry lasting consequences, Skyblock turns one island into an empire, and Prison turns mining into a race toward the top.
