Neo-Uni is the Minecraft server of Ne0*UN1VeRSe, a laid-back Japanese game community. You start in the Lobby and pick a world: Cherry Survival for normal survival with mobs, Creative with WorldEdit for big projects, or the Old World, kept as a place to look around.
Java and Bedrock players can both join, and there is no whitelist. Rules and guides are in Japanese, though English speakers are welcome. In Cherry Survival you mark your own build area so others cannot touch it, and staff can roll back any damage.
A separate Creative world with WorldEdit for large builds.

Cherry Survival is the main world, played on Normal difficulty with a world border. TNT can break terrain, but creeper blasts cannot, so your builds stay safe from surprise explosions.
Four worlds share one lobby: Cherry Survival, Creative, the Old World for sightseeing, and the Lobby itself. The Old World is frozen, with building turned off and Nether portals disabled.
The community has held seasonal events with build contests, including a Christmas event in December 2022, a summer festival in August 2023 and a Halloween event in October 2023.
Griefing, chest theft, cheat mods, item duping and real-money trading are all banned. 0-tick farms for items or XP are not allowed, but 0-tick machines for transport are fine.
Each of the four worlds has its own live web map, so you can check builds and plan a trip before you log in.
You mark your own build area with a region tool, and unused or oversized areas can be cleared after a few months.
Voting for the server in Cherry Survival earns points you trade for items in a vote shop that changes from time to time.
The Creative world lets you use WorldEdit for big builds, as long as it does not get in other players' way.
Seasonal events have included build contests, such as a Christmas contest in 2022 with a players' vote on the results.
Griefing and chest theft are banned, and staff use block logs to roll back damage you report with coordinates.

The Neo-Uni server ran a Halloween build contest and a Japanese-style summer festival build contest in 2021, and asked players in a survey that year about the 1.18 update.
In December 2022 the community held a Christmas event with a build contest and posted the results on New Year's Eve. A summer festival followed in August 2023, then a Halloween event on 30 October 2023.
