About Mythcraft
Mythcraft brings Survival, Prison, Skyblock and Creative together in one Minecraft network. Survival and Skyblock offer familiar building and resource play, while Prison turns mining into a long climb through ranks and upgrades.
Its strongest identity comes from Prison Aquatic. Players improve pickaxes, manage private mines, collect special loot and compete through gangs, PvP areas and hosted events. The result is a busy, progression-heavy server for players who enjoy always having another upgrade to chase.
What Makes It Different
Mythcraft feels different because its Prison mode treats mining like a full progression game. Private mines, pickaxe crystals, pearls, gangs and many currencies give players several ways to keep improving.
It also combines that deep Prison experience with Survival, Skyblock and Creative under one network, so players can switch styles without changing servers.
Prison servers turn mining into a gated progression ladder: players break blocks in designated mines, sell the resources, and spend their earnings on ranks that unlock more valuable areas.
Prison is one of the network's core modes and has the deepest documented progression systems.
Skyblock is a Minecraft mode where players develop a floating island while gathering and multiplying scarce resources above the void.
Skyblock is part of the official public mode lineup.
Survival servers let players gather resources, craft gear, build shelter, and develop a base while staying alive in a dangerous world.
Survival is part of the official public mode lineup.
Choose Survival, Prison, Skyblock or Creative from the network. Prison is the most system-heavy mode, built around mining, selling blocks, ranking up and improving your tools.
Prison Aquatic adds private mines that can be customized and upgraded. Some mines can be opened to other players, giving groups another way to work together.
Prison progression uses A-to-Z ranks, pickaxe upgrades, prestiging and special crystals. Crystals add bonuses to pickaxes and can be combined into stronger versions.
Players can also improve private mines, auto miners, gang upgrades and other parts of their setup with in-game resources such as tokens and beacons.
Prison Aquatic includes customizable private mines, upgradeable auto miners, pickaxe crystals, pearls, gang upgrades, special currencies and custom enchant systems.
The mode also uses custom menus and reward systems for mines, plots, crates, passes and casino games.
Mythcraft is organized as a network of separate game modes rather than one single shared survival world. Survival, Skyblock, Prison and Creative each provide a different way to play.
The Prison mode includes private mine spaces alongside public areas and competitive locations.
PvP is part of the Prison experience. Aquatic includes combat-focused areas, gangs, outposts, KOTH rewards and hosted events such as SkyWars, Sumo and Last Man Standing.
Players who prefer quiet building can spend more time in Survival, Skyblock or Creative instead.
The Prison economy uses money, tokens, beacons and tradeable pearls. Players can sell mined blocks, trade loot and spend resources on upgrades.
Aquatic has also included player-versus-player gambling games such as coinflip, tokenflip, beaconflip and jackpot.
Aquatic Prison has hosted SkyWars, Sumo and Last Man Standing events. These events add short competitive matches alongside the longer mining progression.
KOTH-style rewards, outposts and vote-based rewards have also been part of the Prison event structure.
Discord is the main community and support hub. Players can use Discord tickets to contact staff, ask for help and follow network announcements.
The network also uses community feedback to shape changes, including major Prison balance and feature updates.
Players remain subject to server rules regardless of purchases. Chargebacks can result in IP and username bans.
Mythcraft operates an official web store selling ranks and other digital network benefits. Store purchases support network development and maintenance.
Purchases are final and non-refundable, and paid access does not exempt players from server rules.

History of Mythcraft
Mythcraft had a public server presence by March 20, 2020, using the Mythcraft name and the mythcraft.com domain family. The network was already presented as a multi-mode Minecraft server rather than a single survival world.
By 2021, Mythcraft had a dedicated main website and a separate web store. Its public identity centered on Survival, Skyblock and Prison, with Creative also included in the play lineup.
On September 25, 2022, Mythcraft launched Prison Aquatic as a major Prison rebuild. The realm moved away from an overpowered style and adopted a more controlled progression system with A-to-Z ranks, rebalanced enchants, revised crates and adjusted rewards.
The Aquatic update replaced the usual shared A-to-Z mines with private mines. Players could customize mine blocks, upgrade mine capacity with beacons and open mines to other players. Some donor mines could also charge taxes when used publicly.
The rebuild added more systems around mining. Players could upgrade an online auto miner, place crystals into pickaxes, combine lower-tier crystals and find tradeable pearls while breaking blocks. Gangs received passive upgrades fueled by energy, while beacons gained extra uses through a dedicated shop.
Aquatic also expanded the social and competitive side of Prison. Coinflip, tokenflip, beaconflip, rock-paper-scissors and jackpot games joined the casino, while SkyWars, Sumo and Last Man Standing appeared as hosted events.
Today, Mythcraft remains a large multi-mode network supporting modern Java and Bedrock clients. Survival, Prison, Skyblock and Creative form its main public lineup, with Prison Aquatic providing its most distinctive long-term progression.
