Prison on MunchyMC drops you into an apocalyptic world where man-eating zombies roam while you mine, rank up and hunt for rare items. Leaderboards track the richest players, the most blocks mined and the most kills, so there is always someone to chase.
Prison is one part of a bigger network run by YouTuber BadBoyHalo. Survival has gold to mine, dungeons, gadgets and land claims for your base. KitPvP mixes dozens of kits with soup healing and 1v1 fights, WoolWars knocks players off sky towers above a rising floor, and GameMaker lets you build maps and make your own games with friends.

Prison is built around ranking up, and the store sells mining boost passes and extra storage to speed that grind along. Prison leaderboards rank players by balance, blocks mined and kills.
KitPvP gives you dozens of kit styles and abilities, with soup and potions for healing and 1v1 battles. Prison also keeps a kills leaderboard.
Many well-known creators first met on MunchyMC as players or staff. Clans are in beta, with clan rankings for KitPvP and bank totals.
Cheating, glitch abuse, spam bots on extra accounts, scamming through chat or forums and attacks on the network lead to an instant ban. Spam, heavy swearing and advertising other servers get you muted.
Free to play. The store sells lifetime and monthly ranks, Prison crates, warps, storage and passes, Survival rubies and WoolWars kits. All sales are final.
Prison ranks the top 25 players by balance, blocks mined and kills, and KitPvP, WoolWars and Survival have boards too.
On Survival you claim land so your base and builds stay safe.

History of MunchyMC
2015 to 2016: MunchyMC opened in 2015 with KitPvP and WoolWars, and many players and staff arrived after the MCPVP server closed. Prison followed in 2016, set in a ruined world full of zombies.
2018: Survival opened, adding gold mining, dungeons, gadgets and land claims for your base.
2020 to 2022: Gaming press named MunchyMC among the top Prison servers in December 2020 and again in 2022.
2024: GameMaker opened in July as an open beta, letting players build maps and make their own games with friends.
