LagLand keeps survival close to vanilla, with a few tools that make a long world nicer. You claim your land, choose two of nine jobs to earn money, buy most resources at the shop and trade with other players in the auction house. Kits help you get started, and PvP is only on for players who turn it on.
The server plays in Russian on Java Edition, from 1.21 up to the newest versions. Fairness is the big promise: regular players never get creative or operator commands. The overworld spans 60,000 by 60,000 blocks and is wiped only about every year or year and a half, with builds carried over.
What Makes It Different
Only staff have creative and admin commands, and when the overworld is wiped about every 12 to 18 months your builds are moved to the new map.

Classic survival with land claims, jobs, kits, a resource shop and an auction house. Big farms and builds must sit at least 1,000 blocks from spawn.
The overworld is 60,000 by 60,000 blocks, while the Nether and End are 25,000 by 25,000 and get wiped when they become cluttered.
You earn money from two jobs out of nine and spend it at the shop, which sells most Minecraft resources, or at the player auction house. Selling items for real money is banned.
Griefing, stealing with hoppers, blocking other players' land and killing players with PvP off are banned. Cheats, autoclickers, duping and lag machines are banned, and you should claim everything you build.
Store perks are meant to make play a bit easier without breaking vanilla gameplay. Purchases are optional and cannot be refunded.
Sell and buy items through the auction house, where tricking other buyers is against the rules.
You claim your builds yourself, and anything left outside a claim is your own risk.
The overworld is wiped about every 12 to 18 months, and your builds are carried over to the new map.
Players can turn PvP off, and killing someone who has it off counts as griefing.
Kits give you a starting set of gear so your first night is less rough.
The shop sells most Minecraft resources, so a missing block never stops a build.
Pick two of nine jobs and get paid by the server for the work you put in.
